  1. The female coupler for the propane quick connect has a lever that must be open for the male adapter to fit in, and must be closed for the male adapter to fully seat in position. I learned this the hard way on my first camping trip following pickup when I could not get the BBQ grill lit. I ended up disassembling and re-assembling the BBQ before I figured out the lever on the quick connect. Hope this solves the problem.

  2. Pics of Bug Screens, screens were attached to the fridge vents with stainless wire. To the hot water heater I removed the vent and put a screen behind it and the round vent I drilled holes in the panel and attached the screen with stainless screws, nuts, and washers. The furnace vent I just used a Camco 4.5x4.5" vent, I did redue the way it mounts, as the spring way was not to my liking. Hardest part of the job was twisting all those wires to hold the screens in place.

  3. My sister told me about the Enchanted Highway in North Dakota, which extends from the towns of Regent to Gladstone, off of I-94. The road has a series of large sculptures made from scrap metal. I have not been there, but the photos look very interesting.

  4. To test the system before a trip, it is highly recommended. You can use the opportunity to blow some compressed air inside the cavity to remove any junk or grit.... don’t forget to put the plunger back in ASAP so it doesn’t overheat the brake magnets. They are getting full 12 volt current, unlike from your controller which is normally way less. I don’t normally move the trailer to see if the brakes lock up, you can hear the magnets make a loud clunk. That tells you that the switch is OK. If you have a digital clamp on ammeter, you can hang it around one wire and easily read the total current going back there, very nifty! It shows if you have a failed magnet (each draws about 3 amps).
