  1. My trim in the bathroom also started coming off after a year or so. It's a difficult area due to all the moisture, etc. If you want to go the extra mile when it comes time to reattachment, I would also highly recommend using this 3M adhesive promoter: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00RY8L9U6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 After you clean the area with isopropyl alcohol, just wipe this stuff on before applying the trim. It has worked very well for me. Dave

  3. Thanks Dave for the great idea. Dang, it looks like I’m in 3rd place this time. I also found it at NAPA for $2.69 and that puts me in 1st place😊 Mossey

  4. Thanks, Dave. I see that 3m makes a couple different products, for different surfaces. This one, 6396, gets great reviews for plastic to trim, exactly what we're doing here. And, probably helpful for those having difficulty with ez rv gutter trim, too. I'll use that next time. Hopefully, it's another 12 years til I need it. I'm wondering if any of the auto parts stores sell it in smaller quantities? Sherry Yes, they do. $2.84 each at my advanced auto if purchased ahead on-line for pickup.

  5. If you decide on the agms, a smaller portable panel (25 watts) may be sufficient. maybe nothing beyond your existing panels. We park ours, in the winter months on the south side of our home, where it is shaded by two homes, 24 plus high, 20 feet apart,, and a row of tall Washingtonia palms planted in our neighbors side yard by the previous owner. Not a carport, but very shady. I check our agms every few weeks. Unless we leave something turned on, we don't have to plug in. But, we're in Florida. Sherry

  6. Thanks Dave, I’ll have to order some of those to keep handy. I wonder if that might help with attaching the flexible window gutters.

  9. We picked up our camper yesterday! (Monday). Phil Andrews and James Oliver did an excellent job answering all our questions in 3 hours. We are planning on staying till Friday morning then heading to Cloudland Canyon State Park in Ga for 2 nights before returning home in Palmetto Ga Sunday afternoon. I had no idea there is a 80% chance of rain tomorrow. Not sure I will change our plans but will continue to just learn our Ollie. We had another Oliver that pulled into the campground this afternoon for a 1 day stop before heading out for an another trip. It was great to stand and chat for awhile 6 feet apart of course. If you are well seasoned campers then I understand not camping, but of course you never know what little problem you may have when you get home. Have a safe trip! Thanks for all the post and excellent answers from all these past 9 months or so. All the information made our walk through seem less intimidating. I will post a few picks when I get home

  11. If you’re concerned about lightning, then I understand, but personally I’d consider it a good opportunity to test the weather tightness of the trailer. Plus it’s hard to recommend skipping your shakedown. I only live three hours from the factory but it’s still a pain to go back. Not that I don’t enjoy my visits. 😜 I’d also second what Nancy just posted. If you aren’t used to towing, the first trip can be a little nervy, so planning to do it in the rain and rush hour might not be a good idea. If you’re a seasoned tower though, no big deal. I’d contact your salesperson and ask how long they usually schedule for PDI. I’d also ask how many others are picking up that day. If they’re busy, it might limit the amount of time you have to get used to the trailer before taking off.

  12. We ordered ours in the spring of 2019 but had to defer delivery until September. It was a long wait to be sure, but worth it! Welcome!
