Exactly! We boondock 50/50% of the time - doesn't matter if it's a long weekend or a multi-week adventure, the TV hauls the 5gal treated water containers. We love how easy it is filling the OTT's fresh water tank procedure vs. what we had to do in the AS - no more wasted water after trying to fill the water tank!!! Let's don't forget how nice all the engineering designed features and details we have with Ollie's as compared to all the other SOBs, right?

Have a great time at the OE in Flag -- it's getting better year after year. If you're a "Dual-sport" MC rider, they usually have the URAL sidecar MC dealer from Scottsdale there - he give free test rides... FUN!

Concur, GJ... Our's must be tapped to energize them - independent from the master light switch by the main hatch.

@Frank C: Yeah, thought there had to be a transfer switch between the two outlets. Anyone know the type/manufacturer of the OTT ATS?

I'm thinking there must be either an automatic or manual transfer switch that allows 30A power from only a single socket at a time. Is this correct?

Must be nice/convenient having the forward doghouse mounted 30A shore outlet! Has anyone researched if this can be retrofitted by an owner - or does it go to the mobile RV tech for installation? Just curious!

We've added, Main Hatch lock/remote, LGP tank w/remote readout, TPMS, SmartShunt w/BT, and a 100Watt HAM radio - no problems noted, FYI.

@HDRider: Impressive, its 10lbs lighter than my (rather) old EUi2000 Honda and only $629.10 on Amazon. 57db - quiet, too. Hmmm, may need to add this unit to the stable...

@Patriot - All good points, brother. It was a random thought... It definitely wouldn't look too red hot, for sure. Thanks for sending pix of the weep hole drill out of the awning brackets. I'd like seeing the sizing and placement of the holes by the OTT maintenance team. Thanks, and cheers!

@Wayfinder - What do you think about the EZ Gutter above the awning mounts up top and the bulb seal below like @Patriot described earlier in the thread? That way, the large debris would flush through under the awning in heavy wind/rain conditions, anything stuck or leftover could easily be swept away manually. During light rain conditions - the EZ Gutter would channel water away and keep from streaking the side of the rig. Here's what one end of my bulb seal looked like after I removed it: UGH!, Nasty! You can see the oxidized rubber material powder coating my hand...

100% concur @topgun2! We'd run the Michelin RIBs at 85psi during winter months on my aluminum SOB and always check tire temps (man, we love the IR temp gauge!) during refueling stops. We'd run 80psi in the warmer months.

Received my new awning seal from Ryder at OTT Parts Team a few weeks ago, will be installing before our road trip later this month. I like the idea that @Patriot mentioned about OTT service team dropping the seal down slightly and drilling weep holes in the FIAMMA mounts for drainage. We will also install the EZ Gutter over the main hatch and windows... brilliant!

Good question, brother. I'm thinking cost, cosmetics? Certainly not safety. Gorilla lifetime lug nuts comes with triple nickel plating to prevent rust and corrosion along with being cold forged and heat treated for superior hardness. Our set of Gorilla Lugs arrived from Summit Racing a few days ago. They're going on before our trip to Puerto Penasco later this month (probably at 110 ft-lbs).

That's reasonable. I've got a set of Gorilla Lugs waiting for me to swap out - several of the original "sleeved" lugs have started slipping. I can still get them off, but its unnerving having the outer sleeve rotate about an eighth of a turn while removing them.

Negative,Brother. As long as the AT on the tracked item is within a cell signal, your "Find My" app will give you a location - doesn't matter how far away you are. For example, I departed the Good 'Ol USofA last Thursday for a 26+hour series of flights to the Middle East. My lay over in Frankfurt for my final leg on Lufthansa was tight. My checked bag didn't make it on board. On arrival to my destination, I brought up the app and took this screenshot... I labeled this particular AT, "Art's Lost Gear" using the app. The smiley face is my bag in Frankfurt, note the "directions" block in lower left. 2,678 miles. Not bad. The "AirTag Not Reachable" popped up when I, just for the heck of it, selected "Play Sound." This function only works with a good signal when you're "close" to the AT - maybe within 50 feet or so. When within this distance the AT gives off an audible "ping" - granted you've got to have good hearing (unlike mine) to catch the ping, but its better than nothing. I tracked my bag as it was loaded into the next flight (lost contact when airborne) - but caught up to it 6 hours later when it landed here. Went to the airport, collected the bag - no worries, and peace of mind! We got the 4-pack from Amazon for $90. Strongly recommended for just about anything you own of value that you want to keep tabs on. Pets, baggage, generators, cold 6-pak, etc... HA!

Excellent idea. I'm sure it will work just fine. In fact, just last Friday I departed Frankfurt on a fairly tight layover and my checked bag didn't make it... I'm the Middle East right now, and I've been tracking the progress of my bag to my current location. It made it to the local airport late last night. Thanks to Apple's Air Tags - you can easily track your lost/missing items so long as its within a cell signal... I've got one on Magnus' collar, too! WOOF!

@bugeyedriver: What are your plans for mounting the IC-7300? Permanent or temporary - just curious, trying to get some ideas for my IC-7000... 73!
