  1. Today's still Friday, right? Daylight savings has me confused. New music, regardless. ° Someone lamented the lack of classical tunes being posted, so here. This actually gets classified by Apple as Classical Crossover, whatever that is. The hand dance thing is called tutting, by the way. All the rave. If you like the song, also check out her version of Nick Cave's Jubilee Street. ° More not quite classical - this one gets classified as such despite being obviously more electronic than the first. But I'm good with it. ° How about one more? Officially they're calling this ambient, but I'd say it's as classical as the others, in a Philip Glass vein. (It's really IDM, which stands for intelligent dance music, which is a horrible description so no wonder they're avoiding it. But what's in a name, it's all clicks and pops in the end these days.). Cool video. ° Here's some soundtrack music that fits with what's above. Pretty good (about the same as the movie), though the whole sound at the end is clearly...influenced...by the end of Gosh from Jamie xx. Everything is a remix. ° Some jazz, of course. Sort of. Everyone is dancing this week. I think I saw some tutting. ° I did a post on Ocie Elliott earlier, and look here, a new song... ° Some moody downbeat guitar from Mogwai. Has a nice feel to it. ° And finally, I think I posted some new UNKLE last week, but he dropped the full album yesterday, which is a mix tape of new versions of the last album plus three new songs. This is another of the new ones, with a Motown vibe just like the other two. ° Bonus tutting!
  2. I wonder if this is one of those Member+ bugs. I've tried logging in with a non-moderator account and everything shows up fine, but it doesn't have Member+ status. Everyone who's posted about it does, though. I've sent a note to the admin to check.
  3. I've changed the filter on my F150 and didn't see anything like that. No idea. Also no idea why Ford makes it so difficult to get to that filter.
  4. Oliver may have changed the wiring from when my E2 was built, but if yours is like mine, the wiring to the Oliver light will be in the street side compartment of the attic. On mine, there are two bolts on the bottom of the righthand panel and that's all you need to remove to gain access. There's a 12 volt bus bar inside with screw connections and those connections would be the first thing that I'd check. You should also be able to access the light itself by pulling down the insulation in the back of the attic.
  5. Not really - on an Ollie, the black tank is higher than the grey so you'd have to use a pump.
  6. I've been looking for a hose bibb to 30 amp adapter, but haven't had any luck. May need to make my own.
  7. I'd imagine that by mid-May most owners will have had their vaccinations anyway. I know that our state has opened vaccinations up for everyone now and the vaccine supply seems ample, at least in our city.
  8. By the way, the button on the right (with the little newspaper icon) is for your default activity stream, and it's correct that people who aren't logged in will see it labelled as "All Activity". When you log in, that button will default instead to "Unread Content". But, if you select one of the other items under Activity, or create your own Activity Stream, you can then click on the blue Stream Options button to the right, where you can select that view as the default stream. That will change the newspaper button to whatever you select.
  9. There's been no change to my knowledge, and the activity button is still there for me, both Safari and on the iPhone pull down. Is anyone else having the same problem? Could be a browser issue maybe.
  10. You have to unbolt the cables to pull out the battery tray? FYI, Battleborn recommend that you don't use a temp sensor with their batteries - I've never asked why.
  11. You don't need a surge protector, since one is built in. Oliver also supplies the 30 amp cable. I believe that they used to also provide a 30 amp to 20 amp adapter, but if they don't then that's a cheap accessory that can be useful at times. Some owners who camp in the summertime have found that the 30 amp service in some campsites can be overwhelmed by the number of campers running their AC, and as a result the voltage will drop and trip the surge protector. So they've had better luck using a 30 to 50 amp adapter and plugging into the 50 amp service. If you don't plan to camp in July heat, then I wouldn't bother. Some also carry a 30 amp extension cord. I think that's a bit bulky for something that's rarely used, and instead carry a 20 amp extension cord and use it with an adapter. You won't be able to run your AC like that, but it will power everything else and charge your batteries.
  12. And now for something completely different... The song is The Dance by Robert Mirabal from the Taos Pueblo (fast forward past the traditional intro of you want). The dancer is Ria Thundercloud from Sandia Pueblo.
  13. That's what I'd try - can't hurt. You've got the connection, an elbow, and then the check valve which could be frozen; but it's all brass on brass so they should heat up relatively quickly with a hair dryer. But try Carnivore's suggestion first.
  14. You could try the general store at the RV park office, if they have one. Often, they're pretty well stocked with stuff like that. There's a Camping World in Ft. Myers, so that's a sure bet. I also see a place called North Trail RV center that advertises a big supply store.
  15. I see this inflatable sectional sofa in Russell's future campsite. https://www.amazon.com/stores/page/279E254D-62FE-4C83-B7E4-3222A2D4B885?ingress=2&visitId=a5ce6820-d6c0-4015-8626-d64adc2b146b&ref_=ast_bln
  16. Somewhat. For sure, the racket that the legs make when attached to the hull acts as a nice early warning system for when the wind picks up.
