Jolli Olli is camped in San Antonio for 4 nights visiting college friends and reliving the early 70's. Highs in the 60's and lows in the high 30's. Thursday headed to 3 stops along the Gulf Coast for 13 days.

This is our 4th stay here. Very nice park and nice view.

Lake Waco Midway Park (COE), full hook-ups. 81° Thursday. Dropped 20° for the next 2 days and high 30's tonight.

I have used my rear jacks to change a tire and make a slight leveling adjustment. I use the best leveling device made, a 2' level🤣. So when I went to check under the bed panels after taking delivery, I was shocked to find the panels were screwed in place. How anal is that? I was told that an attorney conducting an audit said secure the panels. I pulled them all.

The shorter your jacks, the more stable your trailer will be. We use the round Andersen Jack Stands. The Jack Stands reduce the jack extension by approximately 7"+.

Yes to both. I used one to change a tire. After I level, I have used one rear jack to tweak a side.

Bathroom floor drain gray water valve problem

We use three round Andersen Jack Stands, to reduce the amount jack deployment. This has also cut back the amount of trailer movement when walking around inside. They also provide protection to the jack of you drive off without raising them. -
No voltage to CO/LP detector?
John Dorrer replied to Dave and Kimberly's topic in Mechanical & Technical Tips
This time last year I replaced ours with a new one sent to me by Oliver. I used Wago connectors. Inadvertently I must have touched wires. Got done and the CO Detector didn't lite up. We had our service done the next week, and Oliver found that I blew the fuse. They replaced the fuse and all was good. When the bare wires touch, there were sparks, and that apparently blew the fuse. -
It got to 30° today🤣, two weeks and we will be rolling South to Texas.

Lot's of questions. Did Alcan install or did they? Did they tighten things as specified? Not sure on what bases Alcan claims the mistake is the overland couples. Lot's of unanswered questions.

We had 11" of snow. Our street has yet to be plowed. Schools cancelled. Red Level Warning still in affect. Emergency responders, and plows only. Then I have a neighbor who decided not to obey the law. Went out, couldn't get up his driveway. He then backed down the street to get a running, backed up on to the grass and through our mailbox, destroying the pole and damaging the mailbox. Caught on our other neighbors and our security camera. He did come over when I was inspecting damage. He said he would pay, so we will see when the price is $500+ Have to use a certain company to comply with homeowners assoc. for post style and mailbox color requirements.

Been through 3 barn burner storms. January 27, 1967, 23"+ and 50 mile winds with 20' snow drifts. January 1978, 36"+ with over 50 mph winds and drifts reaching 20', and 1979, 23"+ and drifting. Looking like 8"-10". Hoping they are wrong.
-
Indianapolis is now looking at 7"-8" of the fluffy stuff, though the forecast is for single digits and below zero wind-chill. That may keep the amount down. We shall see. Guess it is what it is🙃
-
Weather looks great. I think it got up to 10° today, here in Indiana, with a negative wind chill🙃

Any new forums outside of Oliver for selling your Oliver?

I still watch all the new pop-up and hardside truck campers. The new technology amazes me. I do the same with the fiberglass trailers. The grass is always greener. I'm happy with our Oliver and hope we can stay healthy and enjoy another 4-5 years. As far as Morning Star, my issues are no pantry, their using Battleborn Batteries, television placement, lack of storage compared to our LE2, rear side entry, front bed, small closet limited to 4-5 hanging items and zero room for shelves, 650 lbs. +/- heavier than a loaded LE2, leaving little room for everything else. We like to travel with a full tank of water. Also the rear manual jacks are very "Cheesey" compared the the Oliver jacks. Also, the low clearance and their suspension maybe suspect.

Yep

Maybe we will pass you on I-20 again😊. Crossing through Louisiana around 2/17.
