I realize it's early, as our Texas Rally is still over 3 months away. Will there be an attendee list created? Love to see a draft when it's ready. Thank you @Donna and Scott and others helping. This will be our first chance to meet other Oliver owners! Looking forward to this meet. 😂

We are very disappointed as we won't be able to make the rally  ☹️.  Site 61 has been freed up if anyone needs a site.  Jim has to have Achilles tendon surgery and won't be up and about by rally time.  So sorry as we really wanted to meet everyone.  Thanks to those who have gone to all the trouble to organize this event!!  Y'all have fun now, ya hear!!!

Just an idea and suggestion, but could we add a column in the attendee list for forum name and maybe home location? You can look to our signature and see that "jd1923" is "Chris & John" from Prescott AZ but that is not true for most forum members. We're excited our (first) rally is now just 10 weeks away! Thank you for everything. 😂

A little advise. Donna went to a lot of work to put an attendance list together, and now you want her to do more work to appease you by adding columns with Forum members nick names and home locations. She provided attendees, Hull #, and site #.

 

I highly recommend you leave things alone. I don't see any reason to have that done. If you feel it is so important then perhaps you should make one for yourself.

Exactly, one can always use the Hull # to cross reference individual ‘signatures’ on the forum for additional information.

I thought of that, but chose not to do that.  If the 40 some owners really want that info posted, I can expand the columns, and they can add it themselves.  This Oliver Forum is not just for Oliver owners and I felt putting out info that these folks would be out of town and basically announcing their home location was information I did not have permission to share.  Anyone one else want their info listed?  Remember this list is also on Facebook but only available to Oliver Owners.

Thank you so much @Donna and Scott! I added our info earlier and I see today a few others have since. I appreciate this being Oliver owners for a short 14 months (like baby ages, still counting in months)!

The OTT Forum name helps connect the virtual friends we've made on this forum, but don't know their actual names unless, like yours, ours and some others where it is obvious or written in the signature. Not asking for address info, DOB and SS# omg, but what the first thing most of us ask when meeting somebody at a campsite? "Where y'all from?" We could say Prescott, AZ or just Arizona when out of state meeting a stranger. It's a big state, nothing confidential (just look at the vehicle tags!), but I also understand it's not in your purview to disclose.

It's great that you have provided access here so we can update our information. I wrote a thread here once suggesting ALL members of the OTT Forum add this basic info to their signature lines. When I'm helping in diagnoses of an issue the part of the country you live is often a relevant factor.

We've not been through Bleiblerville TX, but drove the route from Georgetown to Houston to see our daughter's family like 20 roundtrips, Sometimes Hwy 71 to I-10 though usually down Hwy 290, always taking a pitstop at Buc-ee's and some Mexican for lunch. Sure you know the area well. It will be excellent to truly visit Texas again after moving 10 years ago. Thank you for this!

Hi Donna and Scott.  Our names are Bob and Barb Campbell.  We have an Oliver Legacy Elite I, hull #1465.  We just picked up our Oliver 2 weeks ago and were thinking about joining you at the rally in Texas in October.  Is there still room for us?

Hi Bob and Barb - Will let Donna and / or Scott answer regarding the rally itself but it’s being held at Inks Lake State Park. That’s a popular park (the most popular one by some counts). We just looked and at this moment in time there are 4 electric sites left. You may want to grab one asap - they are not close to the main rally area but they are on the same side of the lake.

Hope to get to meet you at the rally! We started with an LE I so always love to meet LE I people.

I screen shot this and posted it on the Oliver Rolling Rally Facebook site where this Rally is being managed. I'm sure she will respond.
