Mainiac Posted January 8, 2017 Posted January 8, 2017 Welcome. When do you pick up? Where on the East Coast? It covers a lot of miles from Fort Kent to Key West...
Moderators topgun2 Posted January 8, 2017 Moderators Posted January 8, 2017 Alright, now make it two Bill's from North Carolina that have welcomed you guys into this wonderful Oliver world. Like Texas, we have beaches, but, unlike Texas, we also have mountains. There's a bunch to see in this State. But, before you get to any of that travel stuff you have an Oliver to build - good luck and enjoy the journey. Moderators Mike and Carol Posted January 8, 2017 Moderators Posted January 8, 2017 Like Texas, we have beaches, but, unlike Texas, we also have mountains. ? I need to hijack this thread for just a minute for a quick discussion about Texas mountains....? Head over here: http://olivertraveltrailers.com/topic/big-bend-national-park-texas/ for my post about our visit to Big Bend National Park, Texas. Here's a view from near the top of Lost Mine Trail at about 7,000 feet: On the way up: Big Bend would be a great place for a future Oliver Rally. We'll be at Guadalupe Mountains National Park, TX next week. We've been through North Carolina and the mountains are beautiful. We haven't camped there, but it is high on our list. Now, back to welcoming Marshall and Jeanette!! Mike 1 Texas Hill Country | 2016 Elite II #135 | 2020 Ram 2500 6.7L

Welcome to the Ollie clan, TexasMarshall! When you are not out wandering across the country, you will find that Texas has a well maintained and diverse State Park system as well as an active fiberglass trailer community.
