Well, we just registered to come to the rally! We are in site D17. Looking forward to meeting everyone.

Did you make reservations at the Guntersville State Park campground and register on the Oliver website? The campground makes the site assignment or you choose a site from whatever is available when you make your reservations.

I made my registration on Olivers site. I then got a email confirmation explaining I would get updates as we get closer to the rally. Do I need to call the campsite and tell them I've already registered?

Yes, it is a two step process. 1 - (as you have already done) register with Oliver. 2 - Either go online or call the State Park and register there for your campsite.

Hi Everyone.....

We are getting short on time before the rally. Here is the rally list I have been compiling.

Please note that I had some private communication with Oliver about getting info from them as to who is coming so we could have a complete list.

They chose not to collaborate on this due to privacy concerns and I fully understand their position.

 

This list is compiled from replies to this forum topic and only contains information which was shared or is available on members profile.

I will be pretty busy getting ready for the rally and work and other stuff... so I won't be updating this after today.

I still can't figure out how to download an attachment on the forum. Thought it was my version of word but can't get this to download either.

I have tried double clicking on it. Right click and save as doesn't work.

Anyone know how to do this? Instructions?

I just cancelled our reservation for site D8 if anyone is looking for a spot. We will miss all our Oliver buds but I just had shoulder surgery and don't think I will be up to camping activities.

Wondering if there is a list available of the vendors attending the rally and when they will be there. I saw a post a while ago mentioning that at least one vendor was only there for one day, I think it was Friday but I can't find the post. Id like to know whos going to be there so I can gather my questions. Thanks.

I don't recall seeing a complete list of which vendors are attending. The only specific one mentioned as attending was Andersen. Hopefully Coy will see this and respond.
