Does anyone have the L x W x H dimensions and/or schematic of the battery tray compartment? If so, thanks kindly. If you scanned your brain to look, again, thanks kindly. Fist bump. Lanham

Thank you. I'm happy to hear that the Oliver TT Forum will continue. It's a bright spot. -
Not yet, but I plan to add an external Anderson plug on the lower portion of the propane housing. I’ll wire it into the front jack power connection. I’ve already purchased this plug. https://a.co/d/dZGlkHd My refrigerator in the tow vehicle has an Anderson plug, so this will be a more secure setup than a typical cigarette lighter outlet. And the 640 A/hr batteries in the trailer won’t even notice the extra 2-3A load of the fridge.

That's interesting. I'm running a 2018 EEZTire TPMS as well. I purchased six sensors plus a spare so i could monitor Ollie and 2 spare tires. I'll go find my info and advise why I pulled them off my spare tires. Will be good to know for sure. More to follow.... GJ -
Any ideas for easy install of a 12V access to exterior of Elite 2? We want to run an external freezer without running inverter! I have a few ideas, but has anyone already installed this?

Yes, there was word that management WAS considering "adjustments", however, I think that it would be best to assume that at least 99% of the original announcement will stand without material change. Bill

One of the benefits of having owned a BMW motorcycle was that it allowed membership in a club known as the BMW Owners of America. In addition to a monthly magazine, available merch, regional and national rallies, there was a paperback booklet published annually that (on a voluntary basis) contained contact information for any member. This also included additional information as to the "services" that a member might provide to other members - such as - camping space, towing, coffee and conversation, tools to borrow, etc.. And, all BMW motorcycle dealers plus repair shops were listed. It sure would be nice to have something like this for our use, but, given the number of Olivers presently on the road I would think that the cost of compiling, printing and distributing such a thing would be fairly heavy. And, this doesn't include the time and effort to put it together in the first place. Bill

Mine is TST and I trust the readout for the spare...so far :)

I have the EEZTire TPMS and both the spare tire on the Ollie and on my F-150 DO register with this system for both pressure and temperature. Bill

Jason - Thanks for the "heads up"! Don't work too hard - we appreciate all you do for us. Bill -
Thanks...good to know. Mine shows different pressures and temperatures from day to day (for the spare), so I'm hoping it isn't a bogus reading. Next time I have the cover off I'll compare the readout with a gauge. My sensor is external and on the stem. John

Also, it would be helpful if you added a signature with which Oliver you own and your Hull number.

Plug needed changed plus I need to be able to disconnect the black accessory power due to large LFP battery upgrade. DC to DC charger next addition. Black was already loose. Glad I found it and got trailer plug replaced. Plus thanks to one of the forum members I got the idea to add housing storage for it. Thanks! OP

I thought that when the Ollie starts moving the controls will sense the movement and run a diagnostic check of all sensors. Since I have not installed my extra sensor on the spare at this point, I am only guessing that the spare will the checked? UPDATE @Geronimo John: I googled if a spare tire with a sensor on it would register the tire pressure in the spare and the answer in a number of google answers was that it would register. Can anyone that has a sensor on their spare confirm this? Sorry to change the path of this post, but I wanted to clarify this.

The nearest Oliver dealer to me is a 2 hour drive. I am more likely to go to my local RV repair shop just 10 minutes away. This RV repair shop does work on several local Olivers. An owner, with one of the original Elite’s, found this shop and recommended it to other local Oliver owners. In order to compile a well populated ownership registry someone is going to have to use social media assets, this forum and the FaceBook pages, to ask for data. Also, if you want to find out if someone has found a closer-to-you repair facility, the same social media needs to be used to find out. If there isn’t one, then someone will have to do the research to find one and then share it with other local owners. If you are going to the rally, you could ask here or on FaceBook if there are other owners from your are also going, then do a meet up to establish relationships and exchange data. There are a couple of San Antonio owners that we only see at the rally in Alabama! Mike

Nope. Most TP sensor systems are designed so that when the tire is sitting, the sensor shuts off. So you'll never know if it gets flat. -

Ditto. I highly agree as we all learn best by doing the task in ideal conditions. When it happens on the road they are able to do what they need to do safely and with confidence. I would also add giving them a learning experience with: Battery corrosion removal Oil change Windshield wiper replacements Engine air filter cleaning and change when needed Each was a great confidence builder for them, and results in far less worry for Dad when they head down the road. Even more grins for Dad was watching the next older train the next younger on the process. By the time my youngest (daughter) got to do them, she had watched it before and was on autopilot. Took Dad three days to lose the Perma-Grin. GJ -

Mine is 4 years old and used often. Highly recommend it with a 5aH litho battery. Roger: Highly recommend you bring down your OE2 tire pressure to 50 or even less especially if running ALCONS. GJ -

I also carry the Dewalt in my truck behind the back seat. I like that it can use a battery or a 12 volt cable. It has no issue inflating the tires to 57 psi which is what I keep the Oliver tires. When inflating tires it is actually my go to inflator rather than my big compressor. I carry some 6x6 blocks which I have used to give me a stable base for the jack to sit on as well as an extra few inches height the two times I had to jack up the trailer on the side of the road (once for a flat tire and once when one of the drum brakes locked up). When my children learned to drive I made them change a tire on the car by themselves. They had to pull out the jack and spare, jack up the car, remove the tire and put on the spare, lower the car back to the ground and then pull off the spare and put everything back where it came from. I just quietly sat in a chair while they worked. -
I was under the impression adjustments were being considered by Oliver management. Have they announced the end of service at the factory full stop?
