  1. We turn the water pump off after each use. Just a habit we developed over time. With 2 switches, we are never too far away from one. And under the subject of TMI, we don’t flush yellow at night, we accumulate and flush in the morning. We also turn off the city water supply when we leave the campground. Mossey
  2. Adding more solar panels either on the roof or the ground is a more expensive solution, but probably the most practical. Mossey
  3. Was the water running at the base of the dunes? How was the campground, crowded? Mossey
  4. @MAX Burner and @Geronimo John Thank you for putting in the time and effort needed in order to create this suspension spring pack replacement MOP. 👏👏👏 Mossey
  5. @routlawThank you for posting your pictures and camping report. Well done! Mossey
  6. I bought my first Hitchrider for a Toyota Highlander and a utility trailer and I was very pleased with the product. When we decided to buy an OTT, we sold the Highlander and bought a used Toyota Landcruiser. To my dismay, the Hitchrider would not fit the LC. A call to Hitchrider and with some requested measurements, they produced one that fit the LC. Great product and company. I am using the original model with my new truck. Mossey
  7. I was content thinking it was unique! Now that I know it isn’t, I agree. Mossey
  8. My 2017 LE2 door looks identical! I do not think wind had anything to do with it, but maybe sun exposure. It has puzzled me for several years and I haven’t really figured out how to fix it. The skin does pull the styrofoam apart, so I’m not sure if replacing the skin is the answer. I am leaning towards applying something to the existing skin, just haven’t figured out what. Mossey
  9. When I was 11, Mickey Mouse was in second place, right behind Bonanza! And Captain Kangaroo was in last place.😎 My dad and his poker buddy’s guarded those cards and chips better than the whiskey and the clothes pins where in use on my rubber band gun! Mossey
  10. I bet my old Schwinn Stingray bike is in there somewhere! Mossey
  11. I wonder when they started using PVC instead of ABS for the drain pipe? Mossey
  12. I find WAGO Lever Nuts are extremely useful when testing or troubleshooting circuits and combining different AWG sizes. So to answer your question, I use the 221-4xx series up to 12 AWG and the 221-6xx series up to 10 AWG. I also use tape on the levers just like I do on wire nuts. Mossey
  13. I often take the outside shower head off of the hose and pump it out. Something else to try is opening the fresh water drain valve on your way home from a camping trip. Although I would much rather water my property than the road. Mossey
  14. You mean it is like the gas gauge in my truck, not the digital information? Mossey
  15. Sorry I didn’t answer that question the first time you asked it. I used a multi tool to trim the top and bottom. My original cutout was wide enough, but not tall enough. Good luck on your project! Mossey
  16. The back flow or check valves are on the tank fill and city water inlets. They are under the floor of the basement/storage area in my 2017 LE2, in the area your diagram shows. Please keep us updated on your success or failure in troubleshooting your water flow issue. Mossey
  17. Have you thought about Frank C's vanity mod? Mossey
  18. @Lisa Rae I think that judging the water flow by eye is very subjective. To accurately compare the bath and kitchen water flow you need a bucket and a timer. Start with each faucet and run hot and cold water separately into the bucket for 15 seconds, if the bucket is large enough. Then measure the accumulated water and compare the hot and cold water in each bucket. Are both the hot and cold water flows nearly the same? The next steps will require removing each component and testing against the baseline measurements. If you are happy with the water flow at the kitchen sink, move onto the bathroom. Note 1: There may be restrictive aerators in each faucet. For example, we have a .75 gallon aerator in the bath faucet but there is a 1.5 gallon aerator in the separate shower head. Our OEM kitchen faucet aerator can’t be changed. Note 2: The black fitting behind the toilet is a filter, not a pressure regulator. Mossey
  19. Dang it! There goes my chance at a almost free 2-5/16" Bulldog upgrade. Mossey
  20. I love my Andersen WDH! Both of the TV's I have pulled our Oliver with required it. If I have to use it, I may as well embrace it. I can usually connect at least one of the chains and if I can't connect the other side, I just pull out of my campsite and turn away from the connected chain, letting the truck pull the whale tail around. If I can't connect either chain, I will connect the ball and coupler and raise the back of the truck up until I can connect one or both chains. If that makes you uncomfortable, while the TV and Oliver are connected and ready to hit the road, back up the TV onto whatever leveling equipment you have, which will raise the ball and coupling up, making the distance the chains and the TV shorter. Pick your battles! Or just keep beating on it with a sledge and eventually, one of you will submit.😉 Mossey
  21. It is funny you posted about this water pump, we were in REI yesterday and I saw it on display. It caught my attention because the below picture is what we use at home. I find that these bottles of water are readily available while traveling. Mossey
  22. @rideadeuce If Bulldog does in fact send a replacement coupler, be sure to request the 2-5/16" coupler. Ask them to ship it to my house and I’ll buy you the beverage of your choice!😎 Mossey
