  1. The QT just ran out of gas/diesel and others are shutting down pumps one by one at Denver, NC.
  2. We have not encountered any fuel problems in Denver NC, so far. Gas prices up to $1.79 to 1.89 per gallon for regular. Seeing 15 cents increase per day per gallon this week since Sunday. Waiting for a resolution to the pipeline issue before heading out camping with Ollie.
  3. David, You're welcome! Will let you know when I'm going to repack Ollie's bearings & replace seals, good to have in the Info Tool Kit!
  4. Beautiful area & photos!!!!!
  5. Yep, always keep something on my desk to pick up and look at while on hold, ect. Job I retired from was a rebuild/manufacturing industrial machine shop in a rough neighborhood with a roof surface area of about 350,000 square feet. Had a pint jar about 1/2 full of 45 and 9mm slugs the roofers would pull out of the roof sitting my desk. Evidently folks would shoot their guns up in the air at night with our roof area being so large it would catch many falling slugs puncturing the roof starting leaks. The jar of slugs was a good conversation starter! 😬
  6. John, Have a pin sitting on my desk. It only has one hole for grease for the bronze bushing. During EZ flex kit installation, followed Dexter instructions for direction to point pin's grease hole, but still need to take a little weight off of one of the pins for it to take grease. Looks like a 1/8" hole. https://www.dexteraxle.com/user_area/content_media/raw/059-A45-00E-ZFlexInstructionSheet.pdf
  7. Nice showroom! Sounds like a fine trip with good results!
  8. Calypso, Looks like a great air show to see F22, F16, A10, P51, and F86 flying formation together. Wonderful shots, bet it was loud, too!
  9. I'm in the process of signing up for Visible and trying to use "BestPhonePlans" party name in the Promotions and Referrals box that Andrew mentioned in the first post. Not able to get $25 per month rate, yet. Will wait to see if Andrew replies.
  10. Andrew, Just got off the phone with my Son and he said the same thing! Thanks!
  11. Andrew, Appreciate the information. Started looking this week for something to replace our Verizon flip phones we use for voice & text. Thanks,
  12. Outstanding in their Field!
  13. . Believe Mike (Mike & Carol) had a supercharger on their Tacoma they initially towed the LE2 with.
  14. This towing comparison is between the V6 Tacoma and Turbo 4 Ranger on the Gauntlet in Colorado:
  15. Excellent write-up! Tundra trucks are great vehicles. We towed Ollie at least 20,000 miles with a 5.7L Tundra, so very interested in learning about towing results. Looking forward to your towing report!
  16. Overland, Started looking through threads about working on the sink because my furnace supply hose slipped off of the bathroom heat outlet when I found this thread. WOW! Beautiful sink & faucet installation! 👍 I want Debbie to see this!
  17. John, I like the the Furrion port and wish it was rated for 20A, but when purchased all I could find was a 10A Furrion port. Last time I checked 1 1/2 years ago Oliver installed Zamp ports. I installed the Furrion port, still have the plug on my desk drilled out of Ollie, looking at it right now. Had to be sure where I was drilling! 🙂 I'm not an electrical expert either. 🙂 Zamp website shows connecting your controller directly connected to batteries. 18. We do not have factory roof mounted solar panels on Ollie. For now we have one Renogy 100W suitcase panel that will charge up to 6 amps in full sun. We use the Renogy Voyager waterproof 20 amp Solar controller mounted in Ollie's battery box. We also use a Furrion solar port mounted on Ollie, but it's only rated for 10 amps. Have our solar panel cables in three sections adding up to 35 feet of 10/2 cable, when used through Furrion port on Ollie probably total of 40 feet of 10/2 cable between the solar panel and controller with up to 6 amps of charging in full sun from a 100W panel. When we leave the campsite with solar panel out, use a padlocked bicycle type security cable on the panel connected to Ollie or something else in the campsite. In the future may add two Solar Panels (up to 150W total) on the swing up doors on Diamondback cover on the pickup bed. Will probably install a solar port on Ollie's LP Gas bottle enclosure or front of Ollie running cables through Ollie to existing 20W Solar controller in the battery box. When we do this modification will add one more BattleBorn 100AH lithium battery, too. This modification will allow charging on the road as previously mentioned. Will install solar panels on Diamondback cover secured with locknuts/bolts & padlocks, but will still be easy to remove for storage when not on camping trips.
  19. David, Great shots, looks like a fine place for a camping adventure!
  20. Wow! Bet you will need to look behind the Tundra to be sure you're towing Ollie! Looking forward to your report!
  21. I'm sure the 2022 will be nice, but don't know how many $. What kind of power increase do you expect after Supercharger installation on the 5.7L?
  22. We have a 2.4L 5 speed manual 2003 Tacoma with over 180,000 miles and running strong. The 2003 year had frame corrosion problems, but we purchased it new for $12,500 and it's never been on snow or road chemicals, so it does not have any frame issues. Have smaller utility trailers we're always hauling mulch, stone, and helping family members to move. It will be very interesting to see the next generation 2022 Tundra. Reported to have a 400+HP Turbo V-6. Will see....
  23. Early in my career on the railroad, used to operate heavy track equipment. When we were working and traveling, used to see some of the most beautiful scenery from the rail. Have not been through this tunnel, but traveling through mountain tunnels, next to rivers, and over high bridges, were absolutely beautiful! Nice shots!!!!!!!!!!
  24. Andrew, Thanks for posting this video. Great information!
  25. Enjoy watching and listening to Videos at "Norman's Rare Guitars".
