Patriot Posted May 28, 2022 Posted May 28, 2022 If you listen to the words it is obvious that it is about mother nature and the eventual demise of the human race by our own ignorance. We think that we are somehow more powerful than the earth and that we ultimately determine it's destiny. When in reality she can take it back at any time and we will be the only cost. Her love rains down on me easy as the breeze I listen to her breathing it sounds like the waves on the sea I was thinking all about her, burning with rage and desire We were spinning into darkness the earth was on fire She could take it back, she might take it back some day So I spy on her, I lie to her, I make promises I cannot keep Then I hear her laughter rising, rising from the deep And I make her prove her love for me, I take all that I can take I push her to the limit to see if she will break She might take it back, she could take it back some day Now I have seen the warnings, screaming from all sides It's easy to ignore them, God knows I've tried All of this temptation, you know it turned my faith to lies Until I couldn't see the danger or hear the rising tide She can take it back, she will take it back some day She can take it back, she will take it back some day She will take it back, she will take it back some day 7 2020 OLEII - Hull #634 aka- “XPLOR” TV 2021 F350 6.7 liter Diesel Lariat Ultimate Tremor Retro upgrades - Truma Aventa 13.5 AC, Alcan 5 leaf pack, Alcan HD shackles & HD wet bolts, 5200lb never lube axles. MontanaOliver Posted June 1, 2022 Posted June 1, 2022 Songs, In Respect to the Ukrainian people. A mother's and son song, during a time of war. As long as there have been wars, there have been sad songs about war – and losing children or loved ones to the devastation of war. However, with the recent protests in Maiden, Ukraine, this old song has taken on a new life, mourning the loss of those killed while unarmed at the recent protests. “Plyve Kacha” or “Plyve Kacha Po Tysyni” translates literally to “the duckling swims”, but the lyrics are a dialogue between a mother and a son going off to war, according to the BBC’s Irena Taranyuk. She translates two of the most moving lines of the song this way: “My dear mother, what will happen to me if I die in a foreign land?” “Well, my dearest, you will be buried by other people.” Oh, duckling floats on Tisyna* Duckling floats on Tisyna. My mother, don't swear me, My mother, don't swear me. Oh, if you will swear me at dark hour, If you will swear me at dark hour. I don't know where I'll die, I don't know where I'll die. Oh, I'll die on foreign lands I will die on foreign lands. Who will prepare a grave for me? Who will prepare a grave for me? Oh, another people will prepare, Strangers will prepare. Won't you regret, mother? Won't you regret, mother? Oh, my son, how could I not regret? My son, how could I not regret? You were laying on my heart, You were laying on my heart. Oh, duckling floats on Tisyna21 Duckling floats on Tisyna. https://lyricstranslate.com 2 1

In the beginning, two Oliver Elites were made that weren’t white. A red one and a black one. The red one is owned by a member of the forum, she has posted quite a bit about her red Oliver. Moderators topgun2 Posted October 14, 2022 Moderators Posted October 14, 2022 (edited) The costs of producing these "colored" Ollies was very expensive - they were not painted and the color was obtained in the same basic manner as the white is obtained. Therefore, the cost of cleaning ALL of the coloring out of the machines and anywhere near the production space was very labor intensive when it came time to switch back to another color. There may have been another color - blue - but I'm not sure that this was painted or produced like the red and black ones and I've only seen a picture of the top outer shell - not the complete trailer. Here is the red one before it was lovingly restored by its current owner. Bill p.s. I found it! Below is a pic of that blue top outer shell. Katjo Posted November 8, 2022 Posted November 8, 2022 I come from a family of dancers. My parents were award winning ballroom dancers. When they took to the floor they mesmerized everyone by their synchronized smooth dance moves. I use to love watching them dance! I’m listening to Glenn Miller right now, flooded with memories of the many times they wowed the crowd dancing to this song.💃🏻🕺🏻❤️ 4 2 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 2021 Oliver Elite ll Hull #732 Michigan

connor77 Posted December 31, 2022 Posted December 31, 2022 I played the trumpet as a kid...This story is also meaningful to me. Song link below... IL SILENZIO ...Beautiful and Haunting About six miles from Maastricht, in the Netherlands, lie buried 8,301 American soldiers who died in "Operation Market Garden" in the battles to liberate Holland in the fall/winter of 1944. Every one of the men buried in the cemetery, as well as those in the Canadian and British military cemeteries, has been adopted by a Dutch family who mind the grave, decorate it, and keep alive the memory of the soldier they have adopted. It is even the custom to keep a portrait of "their" soldier in a place of honor in their home. Annually, on "Liberation Day," memorial services are held for "the men who died to liberate Holland." The day concludes with a concert. The final piece is always "Il Silenzio," a memorial piece commissioned by the Dutch and first played in 1965 on the 20th anniversary of Holland's liberation. It has been the concluding piece of the memorial concert ever since. This year, the soloist was a 13-year-old Dutch girl, Melissa Venema, backed by André Rieu and his orchestra ( the Royal Orchestra of the Netherlands ). 4 1 2021 Elite 2 Hull # 832 "Bucket List" 2021 F250 7.3L Gas / 4.30 AR / Central Maine
