Instead of the Andersen Levelers, I bought the Camco 44425 Levelers. They were cheaper than the Andersens, and they are shorter (11 inches vs. 15.5 inches) which makes for easier storage. And they fit between the two tires for use with both wheels. Using John Davies' excellent instructions, I installed a bubble level on the front of my Ollie. With the bubble level and the curved levelers, it was a snap to level the trailer!3 points

Rumline - Since Reed has not answered, I can only offer this: I think that the Blaylocks will not fit between the two tires on the Elite II. The regular Andersens barely fit and the Andersens(the larger model that is sold as a "jack") that are more similar to the Blaylocks will not fit between the tires either. Of course both the Blaylocks and the Andersens could be shortened but since the Blaylocks are made out of aluminum they would be a bit tougher to cut. The Blaylocks are roughly twice the weight of the Andersens and cost a bit more than the Andersens. Note that since I've never owned the Blaylocks I can only comment relative to what I've read about them. Hope this helps. Bill2 points

This was discussed in a previous thread on essential tools to carry but I thought I’d start a new one to make the information easier to find. I just finished greasing my E-Z Flex. We had it added to our trailer in December, the original suspension was shot. I’ve got about 3,800 miles on the trailer since the December install. I couldn’t remember how many fittings were on each side, so I started searching the forum because I knew it was recently discussed. EIGHT!! I found all eight, used almost a tube of grease. The guys at the factory had done a good job when they did the initial lube. A couple fittings didn’t take much grease Mike1 point

I just received my Dills today, now I have to get them installed. I have no idea how long that will take though, now that I have no way to safely get the tires off the trailer.....1 point

Hello Oliver Owners, This year at the rally we will once again have a special guest, his name is Matteo Giovanetti and he is with Micro-Air Easy Start. I am sure you've heard of the company and the product that we have available in our upgrades & add-ons for use on our Legacy Elite II models. EasyStart™ is the best-in-class soft starter for single-phase motors operating at 115-240VAC/50-60Hz, only available from Micro-Air. With unmatched performance and compressor-protection features, it allows you to start your air conditioner on a limited power source, such as a generator, inverter or reduced utility hookup, when it otherwise would not have been possible. *Please note that if your A/C unit is still under warranty this could potentially void your warranty if the EasyStart is left installed when the claim and unit is submitted". Please check your warranty after reading the documentation provided by Micro-Air. Mic-Air Easy Start Warranty PDF Oliver Travel Trailers is running a special price of $300 for the product and full installation during the rally. The normal price for this item is $399 if installed as an aftermarket add-on or $395 if installed during production. Make your $300 checks payable to OTTSI. We are exploring the possibility of taking electronic payments and we'll keep you advised. Matteo's schedule is as follows: Saturday: 12:00 PM through 5:00 PM - 5 Appointments Max Sunday: 12:00 PM through 5:00 PM - 5 Appointments Max Monday: 8:00 AM through 1:00 PM - 5 Appointments Max *All appointments are on a first come first served basis and take approximately 1 hour. You may contact Matteo Giovanetti matteo@microair.net or at 609-325-6863 to schedule your installation appointment. Thank you! - The Oliver Team1 point

Sensors installed yesterday and wheels rebalanced. Monitor connected with sensors almost immediately. Didn't have time to do the programming--will get to that later. Impressed with the quality of the materials, design, etc. of the monitor.1 point

I cannot comment on the WeBoost Drive 4G-M vs. the WeBoost Drive 4G-X RV. We have the WeBoost Drive 4G-M, and I am satisfied that it works. One trick I read about is to first turn on the WeBoost, and then to briefly put the phone in airplane mode, and then turn off airplane mode. This forces the phone to let go of the distant cell tower with the weak signal, and to now look for the closest "cell tower," which is the WeBoost. The WeBoost Web site describes using Field Test Mode to get more accurate readings of signal strength than 1-5 bars. Info is HERE and HERE. I used Field Test Mode to verify that WeBoost was working on my old phone (AT&T iPhone on iOS9 or iOS10). The Field Test Mode did not work today on my current phone (Verizon iPhone on iOS11), and their web site says "iOS11 may not allow for iPhones to be placed in the Field Test mode." But the Field Test Mode may help you get more accurate readings. The other thing to be aware of is that the WeBoost works best if your phone is close to the internal antenna, which on my Ollie is over the dinette. I do not make many phone calls when I am in my trailer, but I am very concerned with internet via cellular signal. My solution is to first turn on the WeBoost, and then start up my hotspot, placing the hotspot on the dinette for maximal signal boost. Next I have the WiFi Booster log into my hotspot. All of my devices automatically connect to the WiFi Booster. They should all have good signal throughout the trailer as well as outside the trailer.1 point

Yours may have an older mount. If it's metal, then it is. The ones in our trailer had plastic mounts. Ours held fine, but looking at the hardware, I can't tell why it would. It's basically a compression fit and theres a single plastic tab that is supposed to lock them in, but it wasn't engaged on probably half the ones I removed. But the fit was tight enough that none of them moved. Maybe over time they would, and certainly if one is loose from the get go it isn't going to get any tighter. The odd thing is that they have these metal hooks on both sides that as far as I can tell don't do anything. We replaced all of ours just for the looks. We thought what Oliver supplied was fine, but a bit too froufrou for our tastes. We found some art deco hooks and modern towel bars at House of Antique Hardware, and I think they go much better with the trailer.1 point

OK, once again - there are obviously those of us that do not like Andersen products and those of us that do like them. The Blaylock's are better? Maybe and maybe not. I will do my utmost to treat ANY attendee at our OWNER'S RALLY with the same courtesy and respect as I give to any other. Bill1 point

Fixed it for you. You almost mentioned The Compartment That Must Not Be Named.1 point

I hope this isn't a repost. The crank to manually operate the front jack is too short to use with the propane tank cover in place. A regular 3/8 inch drive ratchet extension turned around works as an extension for the manual crank. A 6 inch extension will work but a longer one will allow the crank to clear the propane cover.1 point

Overland - I put a dot of black paint on my green lights. Bill1 point

The tube was not empty, not sure how much is left. The zerks in the middle are hard to see so I pumped until I could feel grease coming out, probably overdid it but too much is better than too little Mike1 point
-
Wow that's almost one ounce per zerk. Seems high for just a top-off at 3800 miles. Is grease working itself out around the seals?1 point
-
I was hoping to use the small tubes while traveling but guess not. That seems like a lot of grease for bushings. Mine only took 2 squirts each but I don't have many miles on the trailer yet.1 point

I'll play Saturday & Monday... Play to a 2-3 handicap but don't mind playing with higher handicaps.1 point

If you would like to have the Microair Easy Start installed on your AC unit, a factory representative from Microair will be doing the installation again at the rally this year. Each installation will be done by appointment only. If you are unfamiliar with this product, there are several threads on the Oliver Forum that explains the significant advantage to having this feature on your AC. If you wish to have the Easy Start installed on your unit, please contact Matteo Giovanetti directly (e-mail and phone number below) to set an install appointment.
