That’s about how I’m feeling. We should be out on the road! We did just get back from a couple of weeks in Colorado, Durango and Pagosa Springs. It was more of a family support trip to help our son during a family crisis. We planned on taking our time coming home by camping New Mexico. Unfortunately, state parks in NM are still closed as are most other public campgrounds. We decided against pricey commercial parks and just came home. Now I’m moping under the dining room table. If this is the Dura kitchen faucet / sprayer that I believe it is, the replacement is about $20 with free amazon prime shipping/free returns. If it's the Scandvik model we have in the older trailers, the replacement head for their similar model is over $40, direct from Scandvik. The Oliver website lists 1 year warranty for the faucet, but Dura shows "limited lifetime warranty" on their catalog that I downloaded. It's always worth asking, imo. There are several listings on Amazon, with dimensions, so you should be able to verify that it's the right one. Their listing says it fits all Dura pullouts. https://www.amazon.com/Dura-Faucet-DF-RK850-CP-Designer-Replacement/dp/B009Y05M8M/ref=pd_lpo_263_t_2/138-7547063-1507704?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B009Y05M8M&pd_rd_r=76c0b342-1688-4245-a196-7f1203fb3d09&pd_rd_w=W9QrM&pd_rd_wg=P3Gbp&pf_rd_p=7b36d496-f366-4631-94d3-61b87b52511b&pf_rd_r=P6GTRJNQF23D5KTP45F3&psc=1&refRID=P6GTRJNQF23D5KTP45F3 Sherry2 points

I was wondering why I had a craving for "milk bones" 😃! Seriously - I'm trying to get all my around the house chores done prior to a planned departure for Wyoming just after July 4th. Hopefully NFS campgrounds will be back open by then or I'll have to cancel and be stuck with chasing North Carolina trout all summer- could be a lot worse I guess. Bill1 point

We were glued to the big screen watching SpaceX launch. I gotta say we really needed to see something positive given the news cycle as of late. Kathy and I were so happy to witness such a successful launch and yesterdays docking with the space station. Despite all the craziness going on presently...the Space Coast persevered how awesome! 🇺🇸1 point

Peter, A big congrats on picking up your new Ollie. There are many long time Oliver owners here more than willing to help with questions as well as sharing their hands on knowledge. We have been patiently waiting since January to take delivery of our new Ollie Hull #634 very soon...in 15 days but who is counting? 😄 No doubt we really do believe the wait will be well worth it, and like you we are really excited. Oliver has done an amazing job with Oliver University, and the recent release of maintenance videos. Hope to meet you at the 2020 fall rally. Happy Camping! David & Kathy1 point

For the pre-pickup stay, the bnb at Fall Hollow might be nice. We stayed there one night, several years ago, just after Sheri and Noel bought the campground. As I recall, they don't accept pets. (Call, because that may have changed.) They also have a bigger room in the house up the hill now, from what I have heard. Noel cooks a really great breakfast, and I don't even like breakfast foods. 😃 Our room (in the main campground building) was kind of hotel style, extremely clean, nice linens, and quite quiet. Cell phone reception out there was poor to nonexistent on tmobile. Verizon worked ok, but not full bars. Cell phone reception for anything but Verizon is something to be considered in many places in rural areas, especially Tennessee. Again, it's been several years, so this may have changed, too. When you get the camper, there are a number of state campgrounds not too far away to enjoy. Plan to spend some time close by, test everything and enjoy your new Oliver. You really don't need to take too much gear or supplies, unless you are planning a long camping trip home. For a boondocking campground close to Oliver, do consider Lewis and Clark , just past Fall Hollow, on the Natchez trace parkway. Sherry1 point

Davy Crockett State Park is around 45 miles from Holenwald, Oliver said if I had a problem wile there and if it couldn't be handled on the phone they would drive there and bring a tech to check it out. trainman1 point

True, you might not be able to run the AC all night and recharge in the day, but being able to put the AC on for a lunch stop or to cool down the trailer quickly before cooking dinner is a real benefit in real life.1 point

The unit was at a Rally. According to Phil's video it has 2 (maybe 3?) group 24 batteries. Supposedly they will run an ac for up to 4 hours, run time. The batteries supposedly will charge from flat to full charge, in 4 hours. (Said will release in a couple of weeks, as they are "fine tuning" the specs?).1 point

The thing is, from your earlier posts it doesn't sound to me like the repair shop you went to for the original leak is all that professional or skilled. And if they didn't fix it right, then I doubt it's only my opinion that they should redo it and that no one should have to pay for it, neither you nor Oliver. If after that it still leaks, or if they're jerks and don't want to claim responsibility, then talk to Oliver about paying another shop to redo the repair. Did they recommend this shop or was it your choice? It shouldn't be a hard repair, it's a bracket with sealant around the edges - you take it off, clean off the old sealant, apply new and reattach. There's nothing inherently wrong with the way Oliver seals their awning mounts. I'm fairly certain that you're the first person ever to post about having that problem.1 point

This is such an unfair comment. “They all seem to leak”? Come on Ahattar, maybe few do but the vast majority don’t. Nan bought used and inherited some problems, we don’t know how well the previous owners did preventative maintenance. Your generalizations are not helpful to anyone. Mike Edit: ours is over 4 years old, 60K miles, never leaked.1 point

Thanks for the suggestion. I’m sure it will be a big help to Nan. OTT Fanboy Mossey1 point
