All of the supply side pipes are 1/2” in my 2017 LE2. Home Depot and Lowe’s stock Pex pipe and fittings. There are push type fittings, such as SharkBite and also crimp fittings which need a special crimping tool that will work with Pex pipe. Cold water pipe is blue and hot is red. White pipe is also available. Some people do not trust SharkBite fittings, but I have used them at home and never had a failure. They are great in emergencies.

I moved my television to the center mount location in March 2019 for many of the same reasons mentioned in this post. I used Mike and Carol's suggestion of a door knob protector to cover the old wiring hole into the attic. I did not like the looks of the door knob protector because the mounting tape was too thick and it left a noticeable gap between the protector and the fiberglass. So I went back to Amazon and bought a 2" white plastic hole plug that worked perfectly. The only problem is it came in a bag of 25. So I have 23 left now because I sent one to DavidS. If you want to do this mod or already have and need a hole cover, just let me know via PM and include your address. I drop one in mail for you. I also found some small white foam circles that I used to cover the bolt holes.

I replaced mine in May 2019 and it just may be the best $100 I ever spent. You will need 5' for each large window and 2' for the bath on an LEII or 17'. Mike

What type of knee surgery did you have? From my limited experience with knee surgery, only 5 times, hot generally means infection. Have you been back to the doctor? Are you doing physical therapy? I know everyone’s pain level is different, but I stopped pain pills 2 days after an total knee replacement. And remember, ice is your friend for swelling. Mike

Pantry Lights We have used several different battery powered, motion detecting LED lights in our pantry. And we have never been happy changing batteries or waving a hand to try getting the lights to come on. I have seen Snowballs pantry LED fixture and really liked that application, so I went down that rabbit hole looking for my own solution. These are the lights and switches I used. The battery tray on my 2017 LEII is fastened with 2 bolts farthest inboard on both rails and 2 blind rivets outbound on each rail. I increased the flat washers on the bolts to 1" diameter fender washers. There wasn't any access to the bottom of the rivets for me because the bottom of the battery box sits over the wheel well. My tray is made by MORryde is mounted with stainless bolts and rivets. My battery tray is assembled with steel rivets. Mike

I keep this meter plugged into the AC outlet under the street side bed for informational purposes. I think of it as a gas gauge for the trailer AC electrical system. I can do a quick visual check on the AC power in the trailer without have to get a multimeter out of my tool kit. The outlet I plug into at the house is a 15 amp circuit and it has several outlets in the garage as well lights. If I try to run too much on that circuit, the house breaker may trip or the trailer air conditioner may stop if it is running or the refrigerator will switch to gas when it is set on auto mode. These are all indications that my house circuit is overloaded and if I reduce the load on that circuit, the trailer is happy and everything runs as expected. Mike

There really isn’t any movement in tower on my install, but I modified my installation from the stock instructions. All of the movement happens above the Snap Pin, marked by the red arrow. If you would like more detail, let me know. Mike
