  1. I do receive email notifications on PM’s.
  2. You could run the frig on gas and lighten the load on the house circuit a little.
  3. I am running the Timbren’s on a Land Cruiser and the initial springs were resting on the axle after installation. I contacted Timbren and they sent me a shorter set of springs at no charge. It would be worth a call and see what they suggest. Mike
  4. Great news Overland, we’ll see y’all there.
  5. I have been asked by Coy Gayle and Mary Kay Cvacho to remove my campsite list for security reasons, so it’s gone.
  6. This is where some of us park our shoes and boots. I usually keep my house shoes there while I am out getting dirty.
  7. 2019 Rally campsite list has been deleted do to security concerns.
  8. The Rally campsite list has been deleted do to security concerns.
  9. I seem to remember the Lukens charging their batteries with their tow vehicle when they were in a bind. I think they said they wouldn’t bother with a generator any more. But then again, my hard drive might be full and I’m just making stuff up.
  10. The 2019 OTT Rally campsite site list has been deleted due to security concerns.
  11. JD, Did you mention that Power Wagon again? I saw this one at the Florida State Fair recently and thought you would appreciate it.
  12. If you order the plastic razor blades, be sure to get the double edged ones. They hold up much better than the chisel edged ones. I took one for the team and bought a 100 pack of the chisel edged ones. I’ll sell the 98 I have left cheap and throw in a bridge to boot?. On the alcohol subject, I have had trouble with 3M tape products sticking to the Ollie. As usual for me, I sometimes read the directions after I have experienced trouble. The directions for a tape product I was using recently suggested the enclosed alcohol prep pad or use a 50/50 mix of alcohol and water. So far so good.
  13. I use GOOF OFF, Pro Strength. It’s available at Home Depot and lots of other places. If the tree sap has crystallized, I soften it with the GOOF OFF and remove the bulk of the sap with a plastic razor blade and finish the removal with more GOOF OFF. Good luck!
  14. You might want to check out Coy’s post about after market beds from Southern Mattress. We also purchased two twin mattress from Southern Mattress for our twin bed conversion based upon his experience. They shipped them to Hohenwald for us at a reasonable rate. We are very happy with our SM mattresses. http://olivertraveltrailers.com/topic/custom-made-mattresses/#post-41614
  15. See if these pictures help.
  16. Piggy backing on Steve’s assumption of the translucent doors you could try some cling type window film. Or go really low tech and tape an old shoe box lid over the breaker panel. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0725G9KS2/ref=sxts_kp_bs_1?pf_rd_p=8778bc68-27e7-403f-8460-de48b6e788fb&pd_rd_wg=xgUW9&pf_rd_r=JXDABXDFKB5RZJZJNHB5&pd_rd_i=B0725G9KS2&pd_rd_w=QW0ZZ&pd_rd_r=23a27c43-3f73-4b38-84c8-1ea78f084cf5&ie=UTF8&qid=1546363365&sr=1 Have fun, Mike
  17. Yes they do fit nicely. The crates themselves are pretty light weight but you can load them pretty heavy as they are very sturdy. I use a boat hook attached to a piece of pvc pipe to pull them out. Good luck, Mike
  18. Check your Oliver supplied equipment. The provided a neutral bonding plug with my 2017 Elite II. It looks like the attachment. Mike
  19. You may have 2 15 amp outlets on the genset depending on the which model you bought. If I remember correctly from your previous posts, you did not get the companion. The bonding plug goes in 1 of the 15 amp outlets and the 15 to 30 amp cord/adapter goes in the other. Mike
  20. I can’t answer the charging question, but check out GenTent for weather protection while running the gen set. http://www.gentent.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=GT10KXKITB Mike
  21. Spike, thanks again for your practical solution to the falling window shade problem. Our daytime shade recently started falling down on the curb side window. I took the shade down and I was just about ready to start taking it apart to see what I could do to fix it and bingo, I thought of your post and the use of the plastic wall anchors. I must admit that I hate those things, but I never throw them away. So I found 4 of them and installed them per your instructions and problem solved. Thanks again and Merry Christmas, Mike
  22. Sorry I missed your response. Not sure how I missed the notification if there was one. But I noticed your LC 200 thread in recent topics and looked to see your latest posting. That’s when I noticed I had missed your update request. Anyway, to answer your question about the hose, it was tucked up under the engine cover. No one at the dealership could explain why, but the hose is back in place and all is good. While looking through the posting I saw the Tekonsha P3 installation pictures. I had tried to find a mounting place for the P3 and never found a suitable location I was happy with. So I sent it back and bought the Redarc controller and included a picture off the install. After a year of service I can say I am very please with the product. Mike
  23. Wow! It would be nice for Christmas, but it’s a little early. It’s a good thing your snowblower is tuned up and ready to blow. That same cold front is blowing through Florida at this time with heavy rain and tornado watches in effect. Good Luck! ☃️☃️☃️☃️
  24. Your camping location is very close to Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge. A friend of ours is on a 3 month camp/work assignment there. Enjoy your Oliver.
  25. Bill, Just saw the weather forecast for the Carolinas. You better ask Santa for a snow shovel.☃️☃️☃️☃️☃️☃️ Good luck,
