  6. Since the fibergranite is produced in-house, it would be fairly simple to just keep the "additive materials" applicable to each different color. Then if/when a customer needs a retired color it would be fairly simple to used the appropriate color for that "one off". As I understand it - these materials are dry. Therefore, the shelf life should be reasonable. Bill
  7. Indeed - I forgot about the relatively large kitchen and bath counter tops. Bill
  8. TxT - Yes, actually both Steve and JD are correct here in that once these fiberglass "fibergranite" panels are made they are held into their respective positions via Velcro. However, there is no Velcro used in the construction of these panels. Bill

  10. TxT - You certainly are one lucky fellow. There aren't many Ollie owners that are better equipped to show you one of these trailers. Have a great time! Bill

  20. I doubt it in that you are right that we have only heard about the "death Wobble" issue recently. My comment wasn't really in relation to the Ford Death Wobble issue. I was only making reference to the "wobble" from one lane to the other as stated in the article. Bill

  22. No - I don't think so. In fact, I believe the opposite is true. With experience and the income generated by producing more units, Oliver has instituted a number of QC measures in the past couple of years that have produced needed results. While that effort is not yet (ever?) complete it certainly is better than it was during the period when Oliver was trying to expand rapidly. Bill
  23. Another WELCOME for OLLIEDAY. I too do not have the composting toilet - that sure is a bunch of money for doing things that I've simply not needed in the years that I've owned RV's. However, if you plan to full time AND boondock a bunch then an argument can be made that these types of toilets save water usage. I agree with Mike that the solar option is really useful. This is even the case if you don't plan to boondock in that the solar simply gives you the flexibility to "camp" at WalMarts or other places in the event you have difficulty getting more standard campgrounds.
