  1. Honda presently does not make a cover for the 3200i. I opted to order this cover from https://www.coversandall.com . I measured and ordered the gen cover to also fully cover the 3 gal roto pax, security tray and puck lock. There are grommets at the base of the cover which I will run para cord through to cinch it securely in place. I really do like the high quality of the cover and based on my ordering experience, I would order from this company again. Happy Camping! Patriot🇺🇸 Hull# 634
  2. Good idea! 👍🏻When we return home from a trip we always dump a few gallons of soapy dawn detergent down the toilet and galley sink and flush out both our tanks. Followed up with a tank blade valve lube to keep the blade valve happy. So far so good!
  3. And as it should be! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
  4. Wow! I hope your delivery was a short haul and fast. I would not want to deal with that odor for hours of driving. 🤢 Seems a full blank tank up charge might have been in order due to the odor! 😷 Patriot🇺🇸
  5. We always try to recycle the red cups along with any empty 1 gallon water bottles when possible. Burning any trash is something we just try to avoid. Our thoughts are simply: If we pack it in, we pack it out. Paper cups are a good option! Patriot🇺🇸
  6. @Galway Girl Did I read correctly that the Starlink subscription is $120 per month? Patriot🇺🇸
  7. Did you learn what the cause of this issue was? Would you mind posting up any details and what you learned? This could help another member if they discover the same issue. Thanks! 😊 Patriot🇺🇸
  8. Really nice work on the glass organizer. We opt to roll with the space saver solo disposable red cups mainly with cabinet space being a premium. They stack easy, less dishwashing, light weight and no glass breakage. Our last night at LGSP Oliver Rally we grilled and had a fun meal with 9 or 10 friends. The solo cups worked great for our guests. Just another option. 😊 Patriot🇺🇸
  9. @Jstone A great report on the Traeger Ranger, Thank you! We also have the Q1200 grill and it travels really well. It looks like a Traeger Ranger maybe back on the front burner (pun intended) for purchase at some point! Great report and your photo makes me want to hickory smoke a few racks of baby backs! Foodies full On here! 😊👨🏼‍🍳
  10. Not a spring coil sleeper here, as we really like memory foam. It appears your modification may very well work out for you! Please post up on your results so others may know how it worked out. 👍🏻 Patriot🇺🇸
  11. @Going Coastal I would suggest sending those photos to Oliver Service and see if they can assist you with a resolution to your issue. You have obviously had a leak or likely still do if you’re smelling a strong odor. Even though you are years out of warranty they very well may have seen this before and could suggest a fix. It can’t hurt to ask. Patriot🇺🇸
  12. Thank you for reviving this thread! Great food brings us all together! 👨🏼‍🍳😊
  13. That is a nice set up Chris! I like it! I may need to look into that pellet grill. ✅
  14. @SeaDawg I considered the Traeger Ranger when first were considering a travel smoker. After doing a fair amount of reading a few years ago on owner reviews I hit pause on purchasing one. We do have a Traeger LiL Texas for home grilling and smoking and it’s been a really good grill/smoker. It appears the Ranger may have better reviews now. Maybe someone on here who has one can chime in.👨🏼‍🍳 https://www.amazon.com/Traeger-Grills-Ranger-TBT18KLD-Pellet/dp/B07CT4FPG6/ref=sr_1_3?hvadid=557163802470&hvdev=c&hvlocphy=9009957&hvnetw=g&hvqmt=b&hvrand=17439925018347464128&hvtargid=kwd-545340831766&hydadcr=14837_13352686&keywords=traeger%2Branger%2Bgrill&qid=1686518776&sr=8-3&th=1 The Traeger Scout still has not so great reviews. 😕
  15. Front to back is 26.5” - so I am 2.5” over. That said to date we have 8000 miles on the 1 Up and zero issues with how it is mounted on our Oliver. A brief discussion with Oliver Service prior to ordering the 1Up Super Duty rack we learned there have been no reported or known issues with this present configuration. You are welcome! Pedal On! 🚴 Patriot🇺🇸
  16. We are huge dog lovers having previously owned a Flatcoated Retriever for 16 yrs. We don’t have a dog presently as we find traveling with one is just way too restrictive since we like to fish, hike and bike, and enjoy other out door activities. Leaving a dog inside our Ollie all day is just not something we are comfortable with. And don’t think it’s fair to the dog. Just us. Something that we have seen all to often in CG’s is dog owners failing to control their dogs constant nuisance barking. Most would agree that while you’re kicking back and relaxing at your campsite, a dog barking at every person that walks by is just down right annoying. Fortunately most CG’s and SP parks will give a fair warning upon the first nuisance barking offense. The second offense you’re likely going to be asked to leave. Many CG’s and parks we have stayed at have pretty strict dog control rules which benefit everyone. If you wanna travel with your dog which I think is great if you can make it work, please be considerate of other campers and use a bark collar if your dog is a nuisance barker. It sure makes for nicer neighbors! 😊 Patriot🇺🇸
  17. Welcome to the forum and congrats on your new Oliver! Post up photos of your rig when you have a moment. There was a former Oliver owner who also towed with an Audi. He seemed happy with it. Patriot🇺🇸
  18. @ScubaRx Thank you for the link. Ordered. https://www.ebay.com/itm/144965685434 Patriot🇺🇸
  19. Yes, good point crowded diesel stations we always try to avoid. We have not seen many diesel stations that offer a lower price than the Open Road fleet price. But we are always looking!
  20. All good points. I seriously doubt you will ever have an issue with theft. And I agree, a hasp does highlight the box. A nice set up you have. All said, I would still consider a secondary lock for the gen, just me. It should serve you well. Patriot🇺🇸
  21. @mountainoliver well thought out and nicely done! Do you think the gen box lid lock is robust enough to keep your gen secure? Have you considered a secondary cable lock inside the box to help secure your gen? I like the suitcase generators and their portability. Unfortunately due to their portability they have been known to grow legs. That said, I hope you never have an issue with theft. Patriot🇺🇸
  22. That’s right unless you set up and access acct for fuel purchases only. So far we have been very pleased with Open Roads fleet card. No interest charges like a traditional revolving C/C and the fuel is paid for is at point of sale at the pump, not borrowed and billed. With the range on our diesel TV it works out pretty well. Patriot🇺🇸
  23. Our bikes and rack weigh in at 107#. Two 30# non e-bikes and the 1Up USA rack at 47#. It’s really how creative you want to get, how much you want to spend and what ultimately allows you to sleep well at night. It’s neat to see other bike rack mods. I opted to keep it fairly simple.
  24. Saw this and thought it may be worthy to pass forward. https://www.foxnews.com/tech/new-malicious-malware-specifically-targeting-iphones Patriot🇺🇸
  25. Steve, If this works for you I say go for it. There are many iterations of this mod. I would just insulate the bottom of the steel reducing sleve where it contacts aluminum to try and preempt galvanic corrosion. Naturally being steel it is subject to rust. Not something I wanted to deal with. I opted to have a local fab shop just pop the center out of the stock aluminum sleeve and it was no charge. It took them maybe 5 min with a giant press. Zero issues with many miles on the 1Up bike rack. Patriot🇺🇸
