We had a Diamond Back covers on a previous Tundra and Frontier. Really like Diamondback covers. Should have purchased one for our 22 Tundra, too.

Auto Owners Purchased our LE2 used during 2016. Increased the insured value two times so far, looks like we will need to increase it a third time to keep up with increasing replacement value. 🙂

When it's time to rebuild our 5200lb axle brake assemblies including installation of new bearings/races, will probably install disc brakes instead. The 5200lb axles have larger drum brakes compared to the 3500lb axles and do a good job stopping our LE2 Ollie, too.
-
Pete, Absolutely beautiful! Been thinking about eventually replacing the drums & brakes on our 2015 LE2's 5200lb axles. There are very few 5200lb axles on LE2's in case some are wondering, Oliver installed a few on LE2's when they ran out of 3500lb axles. Will give Ron a call when ready to pull the trigger on that project. Thanks for posting!

Toyota and Yamaha collaborating on Hydrogen Powered V8
rideandfly replied to Patriot's topic in General Discussion
Agree, we see very dangerous practices at gas stations. When I top off the fuel tank of my airplane at an airport without fuel services provided, safety precautions must be taken to prevent fires & explosions. It will be interesting to see the development of hydrogen powered vehicles. -

John, Congrats on your new Ollie and Thanks for the furnace report! -
Mike, Welcome! We purchased our 2015 LE2 Ollie used during 2016, really like camping with Ollie. Don't have factory solar on our Ollie, use two 100W Renogy suitcase solar panels with a single Battleborn 100W lithium battery. Tow Ollie with a 2022 Toyota Tundra, nice combination for us. Plenty of very knowledgeable folks here for input on camping & towing an Ollie.

Black Tank Flush Backflow Valve

Mike, Nice job! -
Never researched if they can be mounted in an Oliver, Yep, we liked being able to open windows while it was raining. Also liked having the ability to adjust shade and screen height together.
-
Our previous camper had Dometic Seitz style windows you could open while raining. They had built in shades, screen, and hinged window. Miss having that style of window.

We store our 2015 LE2 in an airplane hangar without electricity and heat since 2018, when not camping. We use a master disconnect switch to disconnect the Battleborn battery while in storage. Battleborn storage instructions:
