  1. All of you have fun but be very careful out there on those roads - brrrrr 🥶 Bill
  2. Simply using the Forum's Search function get you THIS Just type the word selling into the search box at the top of this page and there are all kinds of ideas for you. Good luck! Bill
  3. Many camping spots have water that is delivered to the spigot at pressures that are higher than you should - safely - use in your Oliver - as @dewdev mentions above. Another thing you could try would be to "open" that pressure regulator - simply lift the grey tab on the top of the regulator. This relives the pressure in the "tank and water lines" inside your Oliver. It also can serve to clear any deposit or debris that may have caused the leak. Then close the grey back to its original position - note that this relief valve tab is most likely "spring loaded". Therefore, it should simply "snap" back into place. Bill
  4. I believe that a download PDF version of this map is available HERE Bill
  5. Blade valve lube works - I've use THIS and another brand or two over the years just following directions on the bottle and the blade operates much easier. I suspect that dumping a small amount of vegetable oil, mineral oil or the like would serve the same purpose but I've never tried that. Bill
  6. Never did like old "Sparky Spots". He tends to jump up and bite you when you least expect it. Bill
  7. No one told you! It's automatic! All you have to do is figure out a way of backing up to it.😁 Welcome to our world and its great to have you as a part of the family. Have a safe trip and if you've not already done so - give the Oliver University a through look. Bill
  8. I'm still working on getting that ad posted here on the Forum so we all can see it. Bill
  9. Give in! Give in! Give in!
  10. A little E6000 on the back and tabs is all it takes to keep these puppies in place - broken tabs or not. Bill
  11. Good for you! What are the odds that the piece of 2x4 would clear the grill and hit the important stuff behind it? Glad you had the JB with you. Also, thanks for the update on the DC to DC charger. Bill
  12. The Harbor Freight 3500 Predator generator is on sale - today only - for $579.99. You can get the coupon HERE. Bill
  13. I'll send a note to Jason W and ask if he has a way of putting that "ad" here on the Forum for all of us to see. Bill
  14. Yep - me too. I recently had occasion to use iOverlander app in the 890 for something other than finding boondocking spots. My source of potable water near Buffalo, WY was closed and in the search for a replacement I took a look at iOverlander "services". There were several water sources listed there and that led me to taking a look at https://ioverlander.com/ . On the website they not only list locations (via icons on a map), but, if you click on an icon you will get additional information from people that have used or stayed at that very spot. Bill
  15. While working on my travel plans for 2025 I found that Garmin had an update for my 890. In addition, they have an update for "Garmin Express". Both of these updates took longer than usual. Initially I was simply using WiFi to perform the map update but since that seemed to be taking longer I switched to using the Garmin Express. The update to Garmin Express took about 10 minutes and the maps update (still going on as I type this) is forecast to take about an hour and 10 minutes. Bill

  17. Mike - Thanks for offering these up to a "new" Ollie home. Hopefully someone is in need of a mattress or two. FYI everyone - Mike is a great guy with a bunch of toys in the garage. He and the family are located just outside of Nashville, TN. Bill
  18. I received two of THESE protective propane tank rings and they fit nicely and appear to be well suited for the job.
  19. I always have my 4 sided Clam with me since it nicely fits into the closet. I never use it if its: hot or if I'm simply stopping for only a day or two. But, when the bugs are bad and the temps are below the mid 80's I provides a great place to read, relax by a stream, and have a beverage (or two). It is also a great place to sit when there is a light rain. Simply put - the Clam gives you options. Bill

  21. Assume that you mean - with the Oliver in tow? There are a number of posts from a number of owners right here on the Forum about this very subject. And, the answer is "yes". Have fun but be safe. Bill
  22. One of the great things about the four sided Clam is that it can easily be stored in the Ollie's closet. Its more than enough room for two people, chairs and a small table. With three people it is cozy but doable. Four people in there should know each other fairly well. Five people is best done with at least one person standing outside.😁 Bill
