Get ready for another unforgettable gathering of Oliver Travel Trailer owners and enthusiasts as we come together to celebrate community, adventure, and the great outdoors. This annual event is your opportunity to connect with fellow Ollie owners, exchange travel stories, learn helpful tips, and enjoy the camaraderie that makes the Oliver family so special.

Lake Guntersville State Park, Alabama
Breathtaking lake views, hiking trails, wildlife, and top-notch camping facilities await!

@Jason Essary I'm assuming that we can't make reservations at the campground until one year ahead of time (except Alabama residents who can reserve 13 months ahead)

Sorry to hear this.  That's unfortunate.  Hard to imagine trying to have a rally over Halloween.  Most campgrounds are very busy for that time and obviously many campers enjoy the occasion with extended family and friends.  This will be the first rally we'll miss since 2018.😢

Sept & Oct are very popular shoulder months for those of us who travel long distances.

It will be interesting to hear what attendance will be like. We won’t be attending.

I’m committed to my 50th reunion at West Point in Oct ‘26 (class of 1976) so we won’t be attending.  We’ve got plans already for all of Sept/Oct.  Fall at Lake Guntersville should be nice, though!  Mike

I'm happy with Fall dates, as it fits well with my typical 'return to home' routine after a summer journey, and it should be nice weather. Should we have a costume contest for the Oliver Rally?

In our 2 years, we haven't been able to make one yet. I never know until I'm offered an event calendar for work. However, Fall season is more likely an opportunity for us and the weather has got be be better, certainly given the rainout which occurred this year!

Please note that the dates were changed. When scheduling the dates for the rally, the Lodge did not check with the campground to verify availability. The original dates were already booked at the campground due to a yearly Halloween event.

Everyone can go ahead and start scheduling a campsite with the park.

Just called Lake Guntersville State Park campground and they are not taking reservations for this rally yet (12 or 13 months out only). I thought perhaps Oliver made arrangements with the park for early reservations but apparently that's not the case.

A year out is the park policy on reservations for both Alabama residents and out of state folks too. 

Just a reminder you will have to pay in full for the dates you reserve. The park used to take just a deposit for one day to reserve your site for the rally. Not anymore, now you pay for all the days you have reserved up front.

How is October 21 - 25 “over Halloween”? And besides, they announced at the Rally this year this year that the rally would be moving to the fall next year. Personally, I think it’s a great idea, by late October the weather should be moderating and there’ll be almost zero chance of a tornado.
