I heard recently from Jason Essary : "Just an FYI, Rodney is transitioning over to a new position within the Oliver companies and I will be taking on his role here. \He has already started training in his new position and will be here in a limited capacity the rest of this year."2 points

The sales department never closed. Phil Andrews left over a year ago to take a job at Pella Windows. Jason Lindsey left because a different job opportunity arose. Anita has been there since late 2014 or early 2015. There is nobody still working there that was present when the first run of trailers were produced (2007-2009) nor during the earliest of the second run (2014 and 2015).2 points

Sorry, I've been off the grid for a while. Please check with Oliver about "replacing the door". I think it's a custom order just for the Oliver. When I removed my door, the sticker on the outer frame, from Lippart, even had Oliver's name within the part information, if I recall correctly. I could be wrong, but best be safe and verify. My door frame was super easy to remove, okay fine, WAY TOO EASY. Most of the screw holes were too large for the screws. I think mostly held on with puddly. LOL. I added a few extra self-tapping screws just to be sure.1 point

Lots of opinions. I'm an extra-simple man. Carry extras at all times! I have 2 to 4 extra connectors just for the Andersen links. Two of the four are heavier duty. But, since I've been carrying all that extra stuff for three years, have I had an issue? Nope! Go figure. But I inspect ALL connection points every time I get out for a break. I have 13-points of interest to put my hands on, just for the hitch area. Andersen, Oliver, and any traitor maintenance company is simply going to out-source that part, and hope they're buying a high-end product. Damned if we can tell which Chinese part is good at the big-box-stores here in America. All we can do is bight it, lick it, and try to bend it with our barehands. "Yup, looks good." Many don't even have a strength indicator on them. Very annoying.1 point

Yes, and the Sales staff will also report to Jason Essary as he is now the Director of Sales and Service. All the best to everyone in their new roles at Oliver. One thing for sure change is constant at Oliver. 😄 Patriot🇺🇸1 point

Please GJ, what you wrote here is not at all related to the premise of the question! No place for fear and weather stats going back 40 years! 🤣 The premise as stated is for the next 3 weeks, while monitoring temp sensors, which have showed a low of 42F to date, is he good ? My answer is yes, YES, he’s is good! No Ice Age happening’ in the next 3 weeks and if temps get too cold, all @ScottyGS has to do is set the space heater temp up a few degrees! NP.1 point

@Ronbrink's post about propane tank cover (really nice price on his cover BTW) got me to thinking about a recent purchase I did. A couple of years ago I refinished the tray that holds my Ollie's propane tanks and while I was at it I cut a plastic liner so that the metal bottom on the tanks would not "damage" my nicely repainted tray. Mission accomplished! However, the propane tanks still left a rust ring on the plastic.😟 So, I recently purchased a set of THESE (rubber protective rings) for the bottom of the tanks. I've not received them yet but at that price I was willing to take a chance. Bill1 point

After routing wires and an Ethernet cable under the vanity into the closet for the Starlink system, it was time to finish up the “Cubby Mod”. Used some available 3/16” plywood from another project to fashion a shelf and bulkhead to help organize storage. Rattle-canned a white enamel coating and - poof! One and done: Added 2 extra layers of insulation while in there. Cheers!1 point
