  2. Highway Trailer Sales in Salem, OR greased our zerks, and has a very good service department. I would go back in a heartbeat if we were going to be in Oregon again. Not in Western Washington, but considerably closer than Hoenwald, TN.

  3. Be a bit careful in that there were MANY reasons Oliver chose to go the route they did. Actually one of the reasons was that WE (the current owners) were asking for ways to get service, delivery, and even new Oliver sales in locations other than Hohenwald. Oliver considered the risks associated with external dealerships and service centers and decided that as long as they could align themselves with ongoing operations that mirrored the family oriented operations of Oliver Travel Trailers, they would stand a chance of actually developing a "win-win" for the company and its customers. Unfortunately, it appears as though finding these family oriented businesses that treat customers and their product in exactly the same manner was a bit more difficult than planned. Obviously the aftermath of the Covid era has not helped either Oliver or the entire RV industry in general. Bill

  4. In 10 years we’ve had our Oliver serviced by Oliver service folks twice. Every other time has been by a local RV repair shop with no Oliver training. Most RV issues are generic and a qualified RV tech can almost always get resolution. Oliver has covered my warranty issues when addressed at my independent RV repair shop. Even when we temporarily had an authorized Oliver service location at Princess Craft RV up near Austin (2 hour drive) I stayed with my local guy, just 10 minutes away and very competent and trustworthy.

  5. Found this crack by the water heater while waxing the trailer today. Starts under the water heater lip and stops at the outward curve of the fiberglass. Thoughts?

  6. I'm thinking that this will be a fairly easy fix. If it were mine - I'd send a note to Oliver Service asking what they think. Bill

  7. You state that you own an Ollie but the membership profile that you filled out says that you Do Not own an Oliver. Is this a recent purchase and you've just failed to update your information? Please take care of it.

  8. Here's what I did to cover the hole formerly occupied by the OEM detector. The plywood is held in place with 2-sided tape, which is now under mild compression due to the tension of the backing plate screws. Screws are #6 x 3/4". Tim

  9. Wish I had been able to stay the last day (I missed the BBQ), but had a good time and enjoyed seeing some familiar and new faces!

  10. Ok, that sounds better. There is significantly more resistance when I pump antifreeze through the city water port. It goes, but not real easy.

  11. Yeah thank @Steph and Dud B, I missed that he had the "wash station cold faucet" turned on. I guess that means the outdoor shower? I would try it again with the kitchen sink faucet on, handle centered both hot and cold, just to be sure. If all fails, I suggest blowing compressed air though it! 😎

  16. For any type of fiberglass repair or polishing/buffing, these guys are top-notch, they were recommended to me by 2 other fiberglass places in Denver, work was done on time, at the price they quoted and was better than expected. Any fiberglass work that I may need is going to be done by these guys. If you are not in Denver, it is worth the drive. They worked on our Trillium before we became Oliver Owners. 17. Has anyone tried making a Google Map (to share) with all of these 3rd party Service facilities tagged on it? Might be useful in a pinch, on the road...
