Guess I’ll have to break the news to Jason shortly, but I jumped at the opportunity to acquire Jay’s immaculate 2020 Hull 645 listed in the Classifieds, originally delivered last May, right before the factory shut down for Covid. Mike and Carol allowed us to check out their 2017, so while I would have loved my 2022 on order, getting this now got me an additional season of usage, which at my age is worth a bit. 😉 As his listing noted, it was truly turnkey and virtually new. First night is boondocking at a Cracker Barrel on the 1000 mile trip back to San Antonio. Colorado in July. Ralph @ San Antonio3 points

Might you consider Ft. Tuthill County Park in Flagstaff Az. It has alot to offer. They hold the overland expo west there - lots of room. We may not have our ollie in time for the first western rally ( come on Feb 2022) but would definitely attend.3 points

Hello from CT. We are Jeff and Katie. Just a few weeks away from our delivery date in mid May of an Oliver Elite II. First time owning a travel trailer so we've been doing a lot of reading on the forum. We took a couple of years researching other brands and made our final decision after taking the Oliver factory tour. Cant wait to join this group and get out on the road this year.2 points

Excellent write-up! Tundra trucks are great vehicles. We towed Ollie at least 20,000 miles with a 5.7L Tundra, so very interested in learning about towing results. Looking forward to your towing report!2 points

That should help keep the fan blades cleaner. They're a pain to clean, in ours. Thanks.1 point

The stock MaxxFan screen is similar to a no-see-ums screen door. It's really not a filter, it’s a screen. Mossey1 point

Fargoman - Yes, under "normal" circumstances they do fit between the tires without modification. However, I've had a couple of occasions where the Andersens have been a bit tight. So, I either simply kicked them out or took my rubber mallet and gave them a couple of quick tapes. Mind you that this has happened only a couple of times in over five years. Bill1 point

https://www.homedepot.com/p/TruFuel-50-1-Pre-Oil-Mix-6525606/205913129? I have a relatively small yard and have always used this. It is a little more expensive but I use less than 2 gallons per season so it is worth it. Never had an issue starting any trimmer or blower. (obviously not for a 4 cycle generator)1 point

We replaced our Duralast batteries on delivery, but I just checked and one of them is still holding the garage storage room door tightly shut. So, that's at least three years of useful life. Hoping to get at least two more.1 point
