Without a neutral/ground plug in an outlet on the generator, no electricity will pass through the EMS. So nothing about the A/C or any other 110V appliance would run. You’d know right away because the A/C fan would not even start up.

I'm curious about your cargo carrying capacity. Your 2019 Q7 has a maximum cargo carrying capacity of 1367 pounds. Out of that must come the weight of everything that was not installed at the factory. Tongue Weight 600-700 pounds and I wouldn't be surprised at that weight. Two averaged size adults (statistically) 340 pounds. That only leaves you around 350 pounds for all your other stuff. Pets, camping gear, chairs, tables, chocks, blocks, tools, outside grill, clam, ground rug, box of tissues, phone chargers and on and on... My toolbox alone would eat almost all that weight. Were it me, I'd get a more capable tow vehicle. The towing capacity is about the least useful statistic you can know about your vehicle. You are living on the edge.

We’ve had an indoor switch for the electric side of the water heater in our Oliver since day one, over 10 years ago.

You think it's hard with the regular beds, try it with the raised beds. Back in 2015 while sitting out in the AZ desert on my first long boondocking trip, I didn't think of a deck plate, still too much trouble, but of installing motorized valves. All the valves move in concert, flip a switch one way--Boondocking Aux Fill, Flip it back--Normal operation. Don't leave home without it.

I would not worry about it. Just remove the tanks and the all-thread rod and if your floor is not already covered, you will have to build a floor and depending on what you plan to carry in that area, you will have to decide if you want the floor to be solid and sealed. If that is not necessary to your needs, I would suggest using expanded wire. if your circumstances become dire enough and you find yourself in a situation where you need propane, you can just go buy a 20 pound tank at one of the exchange stations. That way you don’t have to carry it around if you don’t need it. It does sound like you haven’t needed propane in several years so the chances of a future need should the relatively slim. You can also remove the regulator for the tanks and just cap the line. This would make it easy to return to OEM status for a future owner.

So this trailer would qualify as currently the one with the lowest Hull Number still on the road. It's delivery date was 01-07-2008 and it was sold for just under $30K. Tony Hodgson is not the first owner.

The grease fitting ends are all the same but the thread sizes differ. Some are SAE, some are metric. Take one with you when you go to buy the new ones.

I wonder if this is why I’ve seen the diesel’s here with towels stuffed into their exhausts.

Organize one. They’re a lot of work.

Trojan T105’s are not AGM’s. They are flooded lead acid that must be meticulously maintained (checking specific gravity, adding water, if needed) for you to get the maximum life out of them. AGM’s, on the other hand, are still flooded lead acid, but you are unable to add water to them, as they are sealed, and the acid is absorbed in a glass mat. AGM’s. require much less maintenance and we got seven years out of our first set before changing to three Battle Born Lithium‘s. AGM’s can still vent hydrogen gas if they are overcharged. The biggest downside to this is you can’t replace the liquid that is boiled off.

With appropriate maintenance, I would expect the bearings to last decades. Your original bearings are of what came in the axles supplied by Dexter to Oliver. To the best of my knowledge, Oliver doesn’t actually have a dog in that race.
