Is it an Ethernet port to extend coverage inside the trailer? Is it just a DC power port? Both? I don’t know the full details, it was what I learned during a conversation while at the recent rally. With the Mini, there is no need for an additional plug. Maybe these plugs would be for regular standard SL set up. New style/type of flooring and update on seat cushion color/cover options? A direct dedicated plug for Starlink? Induction cook top similar to the (pic) replacing the LP burners maybe? 🤔 Just me but my only interest is the new windows. I know most of you prefer the current sliding windows, I do not like these windows at all - leaks, shrinking window seal/gaskets, side window tracks on the newer models cannot be removed to clean out the tracks/weep holes (yes I know there’s a thread on how to clean them)…I just never had RV windows before requiring so much maintenance! So if the new windows are dual pane with black out shades, can tilt out fully and by some miracle will fit our current window openings, then yes I will take out a second mortgage to go that route! 6 2023 Elite II, Hull# 1386, Lithium Platinum Package (640AH, 400W Roof Solar, 3000W Xantrex Inverter), added 400W Renogy Solar suitcase with Victron MPPT 100/30 CC, Truma water heater & AC TV: 2024 Silverado 2500HD 6.6L 10-Speed Allison

I'm with you... as long as they are DIY, made of glass and open far enough to make me happy. My windows are already getting "the fog" and I'd rather put the money to repair them towards these new windows if the satisfy my needs. 3 2010 Elite II Hull #45, the first LE2 sold. 2020 Toyota Tundra TRD Off Road 4WD 5.7 with 4.30 axle and tow package.
routlaw Posted Monday at 12:54 AM Posted Monday at 12:54 AM Agree with @rich.dev and @CRM Never have cared for the existing windows and have always felt they were one of the weakest points with the Oliver's. I had the European style windows on my T@b many years ago and felt they were far superior in most cases. Oddly enough never experienced any scratches, although one of the round non opening ones got broken in a hail storm. The last time I checked the company did not make those style of window wide enough to fit the existing Oliver rough openings. Seems like I read somewhere Dometic had either bought the original company. Loved those windows. Oliver windows, not so much. 2 Legacy Elite II #70

Perhaps because there were a number of reported instances of the windows being broken by rocks hitting the exposed edges of the glass while under tow. Escape has now moved on to the type of awning window offered by Tern Overland, which has always struck me as the option I would prefer. I hope Oliver pivots to the Tern type window rather than ones liked pictured above. Edited Monday at 07:15 PM by Norman

I learned yesterday from Oliver Service, the new tilt out or “awning style’ windows are manufactured by Lippert, and are tinted bonded/insulated glass. The really good news according to service is the new style windows will allow for a retrofit on existing Olivers. Pricing has yet to be determined. They are really sharp looking for sure! In a previous camper we had windows that could be opened while it was raining, they were very nice, but I like the glass windows Oliver is using even better. Believe some of our windows in #75 might be a different size than late model Ollies, but really like the looks of the new windows. There are a number of posts here on the Forum regarding the re-stringing of these window frames. I know from personal experience that doing this job is not the most fun but it is not really all that difficult either. And doing the re-stringing is a bunch less expensive compared to the purchase of a new frame unit. Though until I added the fan, we had not used the rear slider and it’s very difficult to slide. Laying in bed, it’s a simple one-handed slide to open and to close when it gets colder late at night. Can’t do that with an awning, lock bolts on each side, requiring you to stand up, lean over using both hands. I’ll keep our sliders and with new external rubber they are in great shape considering 10 years of age. Now we could wish for blinds 3/4” thick vs. these clumsy things that stick out 3” into our living space, my big body or arms hitting them every night, and you can't fully lean back sideways at the dinette table. We don’t, though some have issues with them falling off on bumpy roads. I like the sliders on our 2022 LE2. We have a little over 500 miles on the new Alcan springs and I had a couple times that the shade frame loosened up on the bottom and one time where the dinette frame popped off completely on Colorado roads. Another owner who got the Alcan springs said they settled in after 500 miles. That was my experience too. We had some doozies of bumps today from Utah to Oregon and no issues with the shade frames. Another thing that I noticed is that when a semi passed us, the trailer isn't as affected by it as before. We had some intense wind guests today and it tracked great.
