This is a huge upgrade. Now any offroad or saved maps can be displayed on your tow vehicle’s main screen. https://blog.gaiagps.com/gaia-gps-integrates-apple-carplay/?utm_source=newsletter&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=february-newsletter-2-premium I currently carry my iPad on a Ram mount near the center console. To say that it is awkward would be an big understatement. My next TV will have Apple Carplay and I can carry the iPad tucked next to my hip. John Davies Spokane WA3 points

I agree with Bill. I notice on the rally schedule that there is time for “table top discussions”. Not sure what the subjects will be, but we did that at the second rally that was in Tennessee and would also be a good time to gather with new owners for discussions about questions or whatever comes up.3 points

I’ve got CarPlay on my new truck and I really like it. I’m going to check out GAIA. Thanks.1 point

You could bring it to the rally and charge $10 a weigh in and pay for the scale!1 point

Thanks John...that youtube is here: Repairing Maxxair with Condensation Issues1 point

That's pretty cool. I've been waiting for this update myself.1 point

FYI here are pics of my board. Check Youtube, there is a video by a guy who repaired and modded his due to condensation damage. The IR sensor for the remote extends down into a clear bubble. I don’t think you would necessarily have to do his entire mod, but drilling a tiny drain hole there is mandatory. IMHO. John Davies Spokane WA1 point

The first two delivery day pics are at the Oliver office, the second two at David Crockett State Park where we spent five nights after pick up. The extended stay including a couple nights rain and one snow put our new trailer and the four of us through the tests! Weather permitting we spent our time outdoors but the rain and cold had us inside....we have it all worked out and it is “cozy.” We love the trailer and look forward to many, many adventures. Safe travels to everyone. Brian1 point

Prices will never come down? How about that larger Ollie? You know the one that is a little wider a little longer with a walk around queen bed and dry bath? 😳 Legacy Elite III? 😁1 point

Hello everyone! Our Oliver build should have started and we are scheduled to take delivery in April. We have our reservations for the rally at Lake Guntersville State Park and are very excited to meet you all! I don't have a hull number yet.1 point

Heck - all one of you "newbies"(Class of 2020?) have to do is figure out a time and place (your own campsite would be good or under the shelter where the vendors are), post it here, announce that it is BOYB and/or pot-luck appetizers. I'd bet that a number of us "oldbies" would even like to join you. Perhaps Wednesday late afternoon - I've not even taken a look at the schedule yet but there has to be an obvious time slot. Welcome to the newest members - Sojourner and Patriot. I hope you enjoy your new Oliver as much as we have in the last two years. What a great idea - I know I would have appreciated this at my first rally. Russell n Cindy n Harley...1 point

Welcome! Looks like we are going to have a fair number of brand new 2020 Olivers at the Rally. Maybe all should plan a little get together if for no other reason than the campers just might want to spend a little time with their "litter" mates. At least it would be an excuse for a cocktail (or two).😁 Bill1 point

Welcome! It’s good to see so many new owners going to the rally. You’ll run into lots of experts eager to help and share knowledge and experiences. See you there! Mike1 point

We’re currently at Lake Pleasant Regional Park. It’s one of the parks in the Maricopa County system. It’s quite lovely although a bit pricey at $32/night. Has water and power and nice shower/bathroom facilities. It’s near Phoenix and has allowed us to visit numerous friends in the area. As a bonus it has free roaming burros! Heading towards Tucson then eastward into New Mexico and Texas.1 point
