  1. Wow. My two year 2019 anniversary delivery date will be June 20th hull 484 seems like yesterday. 567 units since then. I guess there has been more of a boom than just baby’s since the pandemic started.🤩
  2. It looks really cool. But No payload no towing cap. Fwd. just another grocery getter at best.
  3. A bunch of BS in my opinion the 2019 electrical diagrams are some of the best and most understandable diagrams I’ve ever come across for a travel travel. I better print a set out before they delete them.😳
  4. My direct thought on this is hoping you never have any major problems. You will be good for the first two years under warranty. The nice thing about the Olivers warranty is Oliver will try to help you get your problems fixed no matter where you are. And if you can fix minor problems your self Oliver will ship you the parts needed. No other rv dealer/mfg. that I know does that. It still can be a inconvenience, most problems usually happen within that two year time frame. It is always frustrating after delivery to have any type of problems, but In the end it still a great trailer.
  5. Csevel Nice find i just ordered a set. In 2019 Oliver supplied a set of quick connects they didn’t last long always leaked. I also ordered the dust caps another nice find Thank you for sharing.
  6. Not sure if this will help your problem? My Ac would cycle often if it had been a hot day. I found when you first start your Ac open all you cabinet doors your pantry, closet and the bathroom door. A lot of heat gets trapped in those areas. Once all that radiated heat is removed the interior remains cooler. And the Ac unit didn’t cycle as often. In stead of every 5 mins it was 20-30 minutes. Worth a try.
  7. I think the cause of the slow drain from the fresh water tank is the same problem with slow water flow with the inlet line and the screen on the electric pump. Pieces of plastic that are left in the fresh water tank from drilling into the tank are getting stuck in the lines. Not enough to clog the lines just enough to slow the water flow. This plastic gets wedged in the lines I only had to clear the stainless steel inlet line to the water pump. Using coat hanger it was only about 8” long. If this is the case for the fresh water drain line I would say it may be easier to replace the drain line then trying to snake a wire through it. Compressed air may not work it will only clog the lines more. I’m sure others had the same problem. Just add it to the list.
  8. My awning does the same always has. I crank it to the end back off a half turn and then back in it goes right in. I tried the little bit of adjust available with no success.
  9. It is smart thinking in the new employment era. Work remotely from the one bedroom apartment. Or work remotely from the apartment on wheels looking out at the ocean, mountains, lakes etc. I know where I’d be working from if i had that opportunity.
  10. Trekhard Your idea is a great one. Once you have it done be prepared, the Oliver is already a magnet where people always stop and ask questions. I owned the pictured Car trailer every where I went mostly at fuel stops I had someone wanting to take photos and asking questions. Many offers to use the trailer for display for events etc. I was happy to help when possible. My point is you will be come a somewhat of a instant celebrity. I had a lot of fun with the trailer and met some amazing people. I sold the trailer a few years ago. No regrets I’d do it again. I don’t think I would do my camping trailer to much exposure. Just a thought good luck
  11. I’ve been looking for some time to have a security camera above the entry door. Most wireless cameras are not wireless they still need a power wire. I also didn’t want to drill holes and fish wiring though the hull. Roaming around Walmart I spotted this back up camera by Whistler. The camera is totally wireless and once fully charged via USB it has built in solar to keep the battery maintained. The monitor is 4in and plugs into a 12v outlet. With a suction cup mount. Looking at the picture on the box it looked like it would be a perfect fit above the entry door. The purchase price was $100,00 I rolled the dice if it didn’t fit perfectly it was going back. I did a Amazon check it appears this model is only sold at Walmart. The reviews on the whistler models were mixed good and bad. Once the camera was charged I turned on the monitor within seconds the picture appeared. Very nice color image it has inferred for night time haven’t try it yet. Very few features it is not a continuous on you can choose 20 sec to 120 sec on then auto off plenty of time to see who is outside your door. Also no audio or recording capability. Simple setup no frills. Mounting the camera I used Scotch outdoor heavy duty Velcro very secure. Very happy on the looks of the camera attached to the hull above the door it looks like a factory installed option. The Big question?? Will it last, does anything these days? It’s the $100.00 question. We shall see I'll give a review in 6 month’s the warranty is good for one year. attached are the photos of the install.
  12. I had the same problem several months ago. I just noticed that the toilet seemed unusually wobbly, First thought the bolts loosened from the flange, not the case the plastic flange where the toilet bolts onto was broken. Service sent me a new flange and explained that the flange is not glued in but you will have a little fight up and down to get it to come loose. It was a good fight and almost kicked my ass. It finally came out and the new flange went in fairly easy. It appears its the fault of the toilet. Only the bowl is porcelain and the shroud around it is thin plastic. So you have this heavy porcelain toilet attached to a 4in plastic flange the shroud around it doesn’t help to stabilize the toilet it is there just for looks. I can see that any type of movement vibration of the toilet or slightly over tight flange bolts would easily cause the plastic flange to break. I will but not as yet looked at finding a better toilet that will sit more firmly to the base. Any ideas out there?
  13. Amazing when anyone doesn’t want to produce something or for anything for that mater throw in the liability card seems to be the best answer these days. My question would be what is the liability? If that’s the case you could also claim the whole trailer a liability then you shouldn’t sell it. A wiring diagram is a very helpful tool if your out in the middle of nowhere and a electrical problem occurs. Even new vehicles you can obtain a wiring diagram. Wouldn’t help much because they are so complex it would be like reading ancient romans symbols who knows what they are, 🕉⛎♈️😳 very disappointed in Oliver you make a manual make it a complete manual.
  14. The gas thief see’s the locking fuel cap, the next lock pick tool of choice is the ice pick driven through the bottom of the fuel tank. They take what they can and the rest remains on the ground. Locking fuel caps are great for piece of mind and as I always said which always sounds negative, if they want it they will get it. The way I look at it is what the cost of the damaged that will be caused versus the cost of the replacement to the item taken. Ive seen a lot of damage to vehicles back in the day. Some times they get what they want sometimes not, but the damage is extensive and costly.
  15. Maybe just a coincidence here in Florida a lot of fuel stations are experiencing long lines at the pumps. More than usual it doesn’t take much to start panic these days. 😳
  16. I never had good luck lining the Weber with foil. The grease alway found away around it. It did help somewhat with the marinades and some of the meat that would fall though the grate. I do the same as Mike and Carol wait till I get back home. Easy to take apart, use some dawn dish soap, a new drip pan good to go. Same 5 + years of use I did recently replace the grate it was getting a little worn.
  17. I have not made a cash only donation. Even if i only found a small item to purchase say 15.00 I’ll round up to 20.00 just to show my appreciation.
  18. Another reason no more Airstream. When we were traveling always had to monitor the storm patterns. Imagine if that storm hit an Airstream Trailer. It would have been a total loss.😫
  19. I have always found different items to purchase at the winery, If it was a wine or distillery’s only items. I’m sure a small cash donation would be much appreciated. I’m thinking of adding the golf course option even though I don’t play golf. There is always ways to patronize hosts.
  20. We are now starting in the season of the sound of the splatter of love bugs. 😫 I’d rather be watching those fire flies.
  21. Or they are all sold units waiting for pickup. If the build time is into the next year I’m sure the waiting customers would have snatched all of those up already.
  22. I’m sure any item they sell would be considered an option? Wasn’t Oliver going to open up a items store?
  23. I have found the God send of all greese guns. Dewalt 18v cordless greese gun. I hated all greese guns, clumsy need three hands hold the gun, pump it and try to hold the end on the fitting. The cordless is great chuck snaps on pull the trigger Done. Shocking price for one, but what isn’t these days. Well worth the price after one use.
  24. I’m not sure if this was ever discussed before. While scrolling through the YouTube channel i came across a video of the staff at Oliver Travel Trailers reviewing Destination gear propane Fire pit by Heininger. At the end of the video They said to call service they had them in stock. So I called service two days ago, they said yes it is a stock item for them. You can get the basic setup with hose and regulator. Or they also have the setup for the quick connection on the Ollie. I had them send me the basic fire pit set up and also purchased the carrying bag for it. I’ll leave it up to everyone to call for pricing. I will say they are a little higher price than Amazon plus shipping. I’m a shop small person when i can I didn’t mined the higher price. I was surprised two days later UPS was at my door with it. 👍🏼👍🏼 from me. Looks like a well made unit. I hope Oliver starts more of these Options.
