I see now what you are getting. It's a notification email when you login successfully to the forums. I will disable those emails. Thanks.3 points

There are security settings on the backend of the forums to help secure each and every one of your accounts from anyone that might try to login (there is no problem with that - it's a fail safe setup). Basically, It is a double authentication that's always been in place. If you login from a private window then there is nothing that tells the forums that you are actually you, so you will get that authentication email to verify that it is you and not someone else. This is why there is no issue when using a regular browsing window because you are logging in from a recognized device that has been used for your account on previous login. This is also the reason why you must authenticate every time when using a private window, each time it is different, that is the whole point of using a private window. Also this could apply if you are using any kind of VPN. It may even apply if you are moving around and the IP address changes. Hope that clears things up a bit and sorry if there are any inconveniences, it is in place for the protection of all of our accounts on these forums.2 points

How about a return to a classic - at least for a certain age group. This version from Hell Freezes Over is even better than the original in my opinion:2 points

Jazz - really nice here - making something out of nothing. Good integration of differing concepts. One pure spontaneous, the other very systematic. Cool . RB According to sources - a take off of: or perhaps its on the album - a guess.2 points

I actually prefer Kansas to Oklahoma. Mainly because I've never found a good place to stop for the night in either OK or that top part of Texas, whatever you call that. I've always called it West Oklahoma. In Kansas, you've got the COE campground at Tuttle, and you can stay there and go eat dinner at Harry's in Manhattan, which is a pretty nice place. College town. I have no music to add to that. But here's something. Dizzy Gillespie tune, but I've been looking for the origin of this specific version for years. The only recording I have is ripped off this video, so if anyone can figure out exactly where this recording comes from, I will make you a cocktail at the next rally.2 points

Oklahoma - yes can be - mmm lonely - Must be why the Feds banished my grandmother there back in 1890's - after a long walk north - - she escaped- Ha. Eastern OK is actually decent - perhaps because it is actually ARK. Kansas - well I am sure it has its redeeming features. I have great repour with its inhabitants - but I admit - all have been brief travel stop/go employees. The roads are really good - see - positive comments. music - yes2 points

Since several people are commenting on how long their batteries last, I will add another data point. Our AGMs are doing just fine, thank you very much. (Knock on wood, bangs fist against head.) We picked up our Ollie in Sept 2016, which was four and a half years ago. We store our trailer under cover, where the solar will not charge them, so I disconnect the batteries when I put the trailer in storage. I wonder whether disconnecting them contributes to their apparent longevity.1 point

Meaning, I first heard the music as a younger feller. Now that I am slightly past the middle part of the actuarial tables - The songs too often bring back memories - many that seem just like yesterday. Seems my mind continues to write checks, that the body struggles to cash..... Allison and Robert Plant have some compilations - that are really good - Ms. Krouse had to carry him a little...... However - I must say I saw Mr. Plant at Bonnaroo a few years back and he was darn good. I admit - I have no Carol King in my playlist - probably should. RB1 point

I drilled a couple of holes in the basket and used some threaded bolts. Easy/peasy.1 point

Thanks, I have a Vornado fan for the home bedroom and it has been fine. Maybe I will order one of the heaters. Reviewers say they are loud but that is very subjective and easy to find out. I could return it easily. I quite like this one for its brilliant top mounted controls. (My old one has a 1/2” diameter temp control mounted on the back side and it is erratic.) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01ISIDSI6/?coliid=I1TXJFBHHHGOEQ&colid=1X5H11EH41351&psc=1&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it Ace has it for $80 with free pickup at the store. BTW it would be super simple to add an additional 120 VAC outlet close to your heater location.... John Davies Spokane WA1 point

Unlike some of their other heaters, Caframo seems to be rebranding a generic heater for the one you mentioned. I just wanted to let you know because I've already gone down the space heater rabbit hole 😁 https://www.amazon.com/Ceramic-Adjustable-Thermostat-Protection-Certified/dp/B08RYNHVXH/ref=sr_1_37?dchild=1&keywords=PTC+Heater&qid=1617595031&sr=8-371 point

Here's one that I LOVE everytime I park the trailer: It's a bubble level that I mounted on the face of my basket so I can see it from inside my TV via my backup camera. Makes leveling the trailer (side-to-side) almost a one person operation (except I still need my partner to shove the Anderson wedges under the tires before I let the brakes off.) I did seal the backside of the tubes with epoxy per a suggestion from (I think) John Davies a few years ago. https://www.amazon.com/Camco-25563-AccuLevel/dp/B000EDUTOA/ref=asc_df_B000EDUTOA/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=312128189269&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=12342072316441648381&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9008247&hvtargid=pla-448524087016&psc=11 point

I don't believe it would all that difficult. Build a subframe to fit directly under the current Ollie frame - add whatever you desire in inches to gain some ground clearance. Fab up the Timbren stuff as needed, Jack up Ollie, remove the running gear, slide the new under, bolt it up, and verify all the measurements and square. Change out the hitch to Lock n roll. Put your super cool new wheels and tires on - go try it out - Simple right?? Ha - just do it. But not me, RB Ps, If I could afford this - I would self insure..... just sayin..1 point

I bet you guys really enjoyed O Brother Where art Thou. But if you watched it and thought wow this is a great movie but perhaps better with a hallucinogen of some sort, then this is a song for you:1 point

Sounds like a great feature. But some of the old timers will weigh in..... 😆 ”Back in my day we didn’t need any of that new fangled technology. We used to push the trailer into the campsite by hand, barefoot, in the snow, uphill, at night, while fighting off wolves, with a beer in one hand...” 😆1 point
