Google "Metal Supermarkets" for your area. My local store has all kinds of cuts or short pieces left after someone else bought a portion of a larger piece available. Or the will cut something for you. They are worth a try if they are nearby. Mossey

I LOVE McGuckin Hardware. They have saved my bacon many times with their broad inventory. If they don't have 6061 Aluminum I bet they can point you to someone local who can help. There are a ton of fabricators in Boulder and Denver. Good luck

Delivery Day went great yesterday! Kudos to Ryan for a thorough orientation that enabled us to learn, have fun, and ask endless questions before choosing our spot on the Oliver Campground. It's been so much fun meeting other owners and learning from their experiences during our stay here so far. We were also blessed with beautiful weather on pick-up day and a quiet peaceful evening for our first night stay. Today, we are enjoying another sunny and warm day in the 70's before we head home tomorrow for PA, where it's currently in the 40's according to family members. Oh well. We eagerly look forward to seeing you all at the Oliver Rally, which is quickly approaching. Peace, love, & safe travels!

Your pictures are fine at the size they are! But if you want to change the size, here is how. Upload the picture and insert it into the message field. Then double click on the picture, which brings up this dialog box shown below. (Note I am using a web browser on a laptop. It might be different on a phone or a tablet.) The default is 1000 pixels in width for high resolution images, but this will be a lower number for low resolution images. If you enter 500 pixels into the width box your picture will be one-half the size. You should keep the box checked for Keep Oriinal Aspect Ratio, unless you want to squish your picture in funny ways. Then click on the Update button Note you can also add a Title for the image, and set the alignment if desired.

I wasn't sure myself and found an excellent article that pertains exactly to your question. The determining factor is whether you have an internal "bonded" neutral and ground... or not, which is called a "floating neutral". Check out this article and you might find it helpful. I did. An interesting thing is that two major inverter generator manufacturers (Honda and Yamaha) have floating neutral which means you need to put on an external bonded plug. Many of the others have internal grounding hard wired inside the generator. JD: I am not indicating that they currently are using these torques. Just that in 2018 when my Ollie was hatched they were. NEW OWNERS: Do any of our "New" owners have a picture of the torque sheet they used on your 2021 or 2022 model Oliver's? GJ

Once you get the metal, I have found that using a palm jitterbug sander works great for putting the same type finish they use at the factory. I use 100 grit sand paper for wood.

Sounds like a PITA to me. I would consider a splitter and just run one leg out to the back. Easy.

This is a picture from the production line when mine was hatched. Looks like 43 is the number for four each Jack Mount Bolts.

Updating, here is the new ebike…. I am going to add two tie down extension arms sticking 12” out the back and a tie-down rail along the top of the sewer compartment opening. That way I can run straps to the seat post and to the stem. The 1-Up Super Duty tray bolts directly to the beam. The bike tires and aero rims definitely will block the trailer lights!, I am going to need an add-on light bar, to install on the crossbeam (where the red reflector strips are now). I found this one, it is very bright with central backup light and SEQUENTIAL amber turn signals! Woohoo! The LEDs should add some welcome lumens when reversing the trailer at night. 49" LED Tailgate Light Bar for Trucks [Rigid Aluminium Frame] [Amber Sequential Turn Signal] [Tail & Reverse Light] Before I order, has anyone use this, or can you recommend a more suitable one for around $50-$75? BTW, the bike is a Gazelle Ultimate C380+, a fast Class 3 (28 mph pedal assist only) with 85 Nm Bosch mid-drive motor, Enviolo stepless hub, Gates carbon belt drive, four caliper brakes, and a 500 wh battery. Add you hull number to your signature so we know what you have. AGM batteries cannot be evaluated for their “health” other than through a load test. The resting voltage is not an indicator, plus with four, one can be bad and it will draw down the others when you apply a load. It is very typical for them to tank when using inverter power, especially the microwave (AKA the Battery Killer). Before pulling your hair out chasing phantom problems, make sure the AGMs are indeed fine. If yours are over three years old, the odds are high that at least one has gone tango uniform. There are cheap handheld battery load testers available but I am not convinced of their accuracy, nor am I aware of one that does 6 volt batteries. You could take your batteries, or the trailer, to a battery store like Batteries Plus Bulbs and they will test them for you at no charge. They need to be charged and the cables disconnected so they can be checked individually. Be prepared for bad news😬 FYI with the batteries disconnected your break away system won’t work, so drive carefully. John Davies Spokane WA

GJ that is fine, thanks. I am going to save that. I see they are still over torquing the lug nuts!!! I use 90 ft lbs, which is an acceptable value for a 1/2” stud and an aluminum wheel. 120 is for steel wheels. It is 25% too high for Ollie wheels. John Davies Spokane WA

There are several Ace stores that I visit when the box stores don’t have something (which seems to be happening more and more often) but none of mine will cut to size, which is frustrating, but understandable from an economic standpoint.. They are independently operated, so they can order different inventories, but I believe it all comes out of the same Ace warehouses. i have had them special order items for me, they are very helpful people. It would be cool if they worked on RVs with the same attitude.😃 John Davies Spokane WA

Have you tried your toaster again? Possibly that was what tripped the GFI. I assume that the reading on your batteries has not changed? I thought that those error codes only went from 0 to 10. If that is true then even the 12.3 doesn't make sense unless that is your battery voltage? I guess what I'm saying is that I'm not certain that you found the issue that caused the problem even though it is good that you are back up and running.. Bill

Thank you so much. I wasn't plugged into Shore power, running off batteries. But you gave me some ideas. Checked breakers, fuses, then I Remembered so many mentions about the GFCI being tripped. So I Reset the inverter again and checked the GFCI, sure enough it was Tripped. Reset that and I Seem to be back in business. Wish I Knew what tripped it tho PS, the E.51 was actually me seeing the Number in my camera backwards - the reading was 12.3! I amuse myself so! 😂

Hi all. I made it back from Utah in one piece with a few things to fix on my Oliver. Nothing like the bad luck QuestionMark had in New Mexico. I am going to make separate posts of them. 1. High point microwave stopped heating - it turns on and carousel turns but food doesn't heat. I understand this could be the magnetron or a high voltage diode. 2. We had 70 mph winds out in Utah and the door flew open and punched the door stop through the door. 3. The faucet in the bathroom is trickling water. Maybe the filter at the facet head is clogged. Water pressure is good. 4. Kitchen faucet is leaking again. Gorilla tape did not hold it so I will have to replace it.
