  1. They aren’t really out there, they’re just rolling around in the belly of the beast. For example, I lost a 5’ section of PEX pipe that I had stored near the water pump for emergencies. I know it’s down there someplace and maybe it will show up in the future. Mossey
  2. Click on your name in the top right corner. Another window will open, click on Account Settings. When a new window opens, click on Signature on the left side. Edit the signature section with the information you would like to appear at the bottom of your post’s and click Save. Good luck, Mossey
  3. If you are out of warranty then maybe look at a piece of aluminum angle or tubing attached on the inside of the vent. Maybe a piece on each side or just one in the middle would suffice. You could experiment with different stiffeners and temporarily attach it with zip ties. Mossey
  4. Alberta and Randy, I would like to thank you for your excellent post. You described your issue and explained the things that you had tried while troubleshooting. You also provided information about your Oliver in your signature such as model and the year it was built. It is difficult to provide accurate answers to those requesting help with limited information. This is especially true in a non verbal conversation such as an email or a post online. You have provided an excellent example for others to follow when requesting help on this forum. Mossey
  5. https://support.olivertraveltrailers.com/portal/en/kb/articles/2021-model-water-pump-valves The link above will take you to a water pump guide for 2021 and 2022 LE2’s. The picture below is for earlier LE2’s. Mossey
  6. My 2017 LE2 water pump has a circuit breaker in the attic. I do not know if that applies to your Ollie or not. Mossey
  7. Are you using a neutral ground plug? If not, you need one. The YouTube link is to a very knowledgeable source of RV electricity. https://youtu.be/M-bTLdMjuqU Mossey
  8. @dhaig Your cargo carrier and mounting solution looks very robust, well planned and based on your 2000 mile test run, very functional. Thank you for the detailed write up which even I could follow and other OTTO’s can use to their advantage and solve their own cargo carrying limitations. Mossey
  9. My initial reaction to that sign when I saw it on the news last night was WOW! But when I saw geO’s picture this morning I thought, WOW I’m going to go fill up with premium gas. I don’t remember ever seeing premium just 4 cents higher than regular. Maybe it’s a California thing.🙁 The couple parked next to us for the first couple of days at the rally we’re in a 40’ class A diesel pusher that got 5 MPG. It had a 100 gallon tank and their fill ups were in the $400 plus range and at today’s California prices, they are looking at nearly double that. So they would spend over $100,000 following Geronimo John on his summer trip. Now that’s a WOW! Edit: I recalculated my estimate for the diesel pusher following Geronimo John on his 12,000 trip and the $100,000 estimate I made previously is inaccurate. The cost should have been $22,056. Which makes the previously stated WOW, just a wow. Please except my apologies! Mossey A wise man once said, "it’s easy to appear smart, just keep your mouth shut"
  10. Another question, so I can follow this issue to the best of my ability. You may have added a new component to the scenario, the 110 adapter that you didn’t mention in the original post and I assume it’s a 30 Amp RV to 110V 15 Amp adapter. Is this correct? Mossey
  11. So you were using 2 surge suppressor’s back to back when the problem occurred. Are you still using both surge suppressor’s while plugged in at home? Mossey
  12. This link covers a lot of storage ideas as well as Tooletries and Sudski. And I found it by searching for Tooletries. Mossey
  13. Thank you! The Platinum Package is much more descriptive and useful for troubleshooting than "battery package our $$$ could buy". I know you all are newbie’s, but when speaking about your Ollie, please remember that there is no such thing as TMI. To much information equals more accurate support from the forum members. Mossey
  14. @Galway Girl, @SteveCr Thank you for the answers to my questions! As I said, I do not have Lithionics batteries or the Xantrex Inverter/Charger so my question’s are simply for my education and the hope that I do not provide incorrect information in the future. And the picture I posted above is a screenshot from the Lithionics website of one of their guides and not from my equipment. Mossey
  15. Would the battery on/off state show on the app like the picture below? Does the picture below show the status of 1 battery or a battery bank? Or would the app show on even if only 1 of 2 or 3 batteries is on? I do not have Lithionics batteries, but I am trying to understand them a little better? Mossey
  16. Another post from GaryJona about front protection information for the Oliver. Mossey
  17. That does make sense to me because of the remote control, which I use quite a bit. Much like turning a tv on and off by the remote, the tv is always on in the standby mode. So now I have to ask this question, when you turn the stereo off by a long press of the button on the face plate can you still use the remote to turn it on? Mossey
  18. @SeaDawg I had never used the report button and since it was midnight, I went ahead and did both method’s. Thanks for explaining the procedure. Mossey
  19. Mod’s, the above post looks suspicious to me! Mossey
  20. Do you have the ability to check the battery voltage at the battery? If not, you can check the battery voltage on the SeeLeveL tank display by pressing the BATT button. Mossey
  21. Thank you for your personal review. I guess the advertisement picture with the women in platform shoes operating the dolly on a putting green or artificial turf is a little misleading.🤔 And from the looks of your sweaty t-shirt, you did get a workout. Mossey
  22. carnivore, That is exactly what I did and although I don’t remember that video specifically, I must have watched it and I’ll have to check my YouTube history. I do believe Nate is a pretty smart guy and his solution is very economical. My breaker and enclosure costs were less than $30. Mossey
  23. My Dometic refrigerator also came equipped from Oliver with a vent fan in 2017. And as Mike said, it also has a fan switch on the main panel just inside of the door. With the fan switch on, power is sent to a thermostat which then sends the 12v power onto the fan. So even if the switch is in the on position, the fan will not run until the thermostat reaches a set temperature then it comes on and shuts off when it cools to a set temperature. Mine usually shuts off at night and back on in the morning when it warms up. There are fan kits available on the internet as well as YouTube video’s on how to install one. Mossey
  24. The pictures are oriented the same, so I added some arrows to them to try answering your question. The parallel lines in the originals are the elevated portion of the floor that the toilet sits on and they are represented by the red arrows. The blue arrows should be perpendicular to the red arrows and crossing the thinner portion of the mounting bolt slot. I would loosen both bolts and see if you can straighten the toilet to your liking. Mossey
  25. If your Xantrex remote switch is located to the right of the pantry, and above the forward facing dinette seat, you can access the back of the remote through the access port inside the pantry. And scraping the contacts by inserting and removing the connector as topgun2 recommended is an old telephone repairman’s trick. If that doesn’t work you can test for continuity through each contact with a multimeter if you can access both ends. That cable is about 25’ long. Mossey
